Chanda Singh’s Journey to Building XP&D- an Experiential & Digital Agency



XP&D, an agency started by Chandra Singh in May 2019 identifies as an Experiential & Digital Agency. It aims to create cutting-edge business strategies and bridge the power of on-ground experiences and the scale of social and digital while executing integrated marketing campaigns and large-scale projects.


XP&D has done some great work executions like World Cup 2023, IPL & WPL Opening ceremonies, the Hockey World Cup, the Khelo India Youth Games, and the National Games, amongst others. In the past months, the agency has launched numerous models. Corporate clients include Hyundai, Asian Paints, Kia Motors, BMW, Dream11, BCCI, Victoria's Secret, Mercedes and others. They also worked with government outreach programs using their model.


Their core value is Offline to Online to Offline to deliver beyond only on-ground or digital. Their collaborative business platform is built for the sharing economy bringing specialist partners.

The agency has 62 employees along with a partner network within India and has offices in Gurgaon and Mumbai. They collaborate with various companies of their ex-colleagues, which offer the best talents from the industry for different clients or projects based on the task.


Chandra Singh has broken the norms of her family of doctors, engineers, and agriculture and opted her a career in media & marketing. Being a small-town girl, she hustles in Mumbai, but she considers herself blessed for having supportive parents. Under the guidance of her seniors and bosses, she accepted the challenge of proving her skills and capabilities to industry experts. By continuous learning the tools, medium, and nuances of production detailing, she finally has been accepted as a leader.


Chandra advises the women entrepreneurs on self-belief. To achieve big things, one should dream big. Let their strengths weaken their fears. She advises women to work on themselves by learning from peers, their strengths, their work and life experiences.
