Persistence and Supportive Networks
The first advice I would give women who aspire to become entrepreneurs is to never give up on their dream and ambition and to not let society or public opinion discourage them from developing their MVP. Values such as resilience and positivity are what helped me overcome so many challenges to being able to launch and run my business. Moreover, I’d recommend surrounding yourself with people that truly want to see you succeed and that will help you get what you desire most. Finally, I’d also tell them that they can achieve anything they set their mind to with discipline, dedication and the right team.

Taking the First Step in Business
Many women have amazing ideas but refrain from taking the first step... We as women tend to overthink about the how's, why's and what's of everything. I would suggest all of them to go ahead and take that first step and trust the process. All the answers will eventually come to them.

Effective Communication and Delegation in Business
Yes, lots! First, be careful what you put into writing. Always know that things can come back to bite you later. Also, be strong and stand up for yourself. Don’t let anyone push you around. Be confident and believe in yourself. Power through and persevere, and don’t let anyone tell you ‘you can’t’. I think it is also important to be willing to take risks. If it was easy and riskless, everyone would do it. Lastly, it's crucial to hire the right people, treat them well and then trust them to do their job. Delegate as much as humanly possible.

The Importance of Starting Now in Business
Start now. If you have an idea, just start. There is no 'right time'. Even if you just take one step. Get your laptop, go and sit in a cafe and start researching your sector. And just like that, you've taken your first step!
