Dream Big and Believe in Yourself

My advice is simple: you are not limited to what you know or who you are at any given age. I never thought id be an entrepreneur - and hence one always has the ability to dream big.

Embrace Your Unique Journey

"Absolutely, here are some pieces of advice for young women aspiring to be entrepreneurs or who are already on their entrepreneurial journey:

1. Believe in Yourself: Confidence is key. Believe in your abilities, ideas, and vision. Trust yourself to navigate challenges and overcome obstacles along the way.

2. Embrace Your Unique Perspective: As a woman, you bring a unique perspective, insights, and strengths to the table. Embrace these qualities and leverage them to your advantage in entrepreneurship.

3. Seek Mentorship and Support: Surround yourself with mentors, advisors, and a supportive network of peers. Seek guidance from those who have walked the path before you and learn from their experiences.

4. Continuous Learning: Stay curious and committed to continuous learning and personal growth. Be open to new ideas, feedback, and opportunities for development.

5. Take Calculated Risks: Entrepreneurship often involves taking risks, but they should be calculated and informed. Trust your instincts, but also gather data and insights to inform your decisions.

6. Persist and Persevere: Entrepreneurship is a journey filled with ups and downs. Stay resilient, persevere through challenges, and celebrate your successes, no matter how small.

7. Build a Diverse Team: Surround yourself with a diverse team of individuals who bring different perspectives, skills, and backgrounds to the table. Foster an inclusive and collaborative environment where everyone's voices are heard and valued.

8. Prioritize Self-Care: Entrepreneurship can be demanding and intense. Make self-care a priority by setting boundaries, practicing mindfulness, and taking time for activities that recharge and rejuvenate you.

9. Be Authentic: Stay true to yourself and your values as you navigate the entrepreneurial landscape. Authenticity builds trust and connection with your team, customers, and stakeholders.

10. Celebrate Your Wins: Celebrate your achievements, milestones, and progress along the way. Recognize your hard work and the impact you're making as an entrepreneur.

Above all, remember that your journey as an entrepreneur is uniquely yours. Embrace the challenges, celebrate the successes, and continue to pursue your passion with determination and resilience."

Overcome Self-Imposed Boundaries

You are as deserving as the next person, man or woman. Never place a boundary on yourself out of anyone else's beliefs. If you want something, it is yours to create and own it.

Jennifer Bernstein, CCIM, Founder, Commercial Market Exchange

Long-Term Goals and Resilience

Several pieces of advice for young women who want to be entrepreneurs or already are:

1. Think Longterm: Your goals should always be centered around the question, ""how can I structure my firm so that I can provide more value than I am today?"" This is bigger than a sales goal. It means hard work and answering tough questions, but it also means you're endeavoring to build a company that provides real and sustainable value over time.

2. Go for It: Use your naïvety as a tool that works in your favor. There are some serious advantages to naïvety and chasing what others think might be impossible. At the same time, prepare for ""hard"" and don't be so naïve that you think you won't have a rainy day, quarter, or even years at times.

3. Enjoy the Hard Things: The faster you learn to turn bad situations into blessings in disguise, the faster you'll find success.

4. Work with People: Learn to work with people, and work really well with people. All types of people. You can't do it alone.

5. Never Give Up: If you know you want to start a business, don't give up. Practice that entrepreneurial acumen, learn, ask mentors, be vulnerable, talk to people. You will fail many times on the way, but you should never quit on yourself or the thing that you want. Remember, most people quit right before the magic is supposed to happen. It gets really hard, and then something good is coming your way, and then you'll just take off from there. So, a lot of people quit before that even happens. Don't be one of them."

Sara Helmy, Founder, Tribu

Believe in Your Capabilities

Don't ever count yourself out. It's going to be hard, people will doubt your skillset and abilities, but your passion will drive your motivation and it will be so worth it in the end. You are capable! Shoot for the stars.

Amanda Castellano, Founder, Altered State

Trust Your Intuition

Follow your intuition and don't be swayed by experts who tell you what to do vs what you know will actually work.

Self-Trust and Tenacity

"I want to share something that's been on my mind lately: Trust yourself.

We often doubt whether we're the right ones to tackle big challenges, especially as female founders. But if you see a glaring need and you've got the skills to tackle it, trust me, you're the perfect person for the job.

It's natural to question ourselves, but here's the thing: If you can map out the steps to make it happen, if you can push forward with unwavering determination, and if you can stare down obstacles without flinching, then you're exactly the right person to turn that vision into reality.

Remember, it's all about tenacity. Keep pushing forward, keep believing in yourself, and you'll see your idea through to success.

You've got this!"

Sarah Harper, Founder, My Fertility Labs

Stick to Your Core Idea

Stay true to your why - many people will encourage you to introduce different ideas or products but no matter how niche your idea is, stay with it.

Charlotte Ferguson, Founder, DISCIPLE

Boldness and Confidence

I would just like them to be BOLD AND CONFIDENT. You will face alot of hardships but if you are determined, you will achieve your goal.
