Mubarakka Lokhandwala – Follow Your Dream

Go big with your dream.

Rejane Gwynne – Passion and Joy in Work

Founder – OYOO Style

Do what you are passionate about and never give up.

Purnima Valiathan – Follow Passion and Work Hard

Founder – ID Mentors

Just follow your passion—if you are good, word-of-mouth publicity will

keep you afloat (even if you don’t become a unicorn)!

Richa Shukla – Be Fearless and Grow

Be fearless, strategic, and unapologetic about your ambitions—the world needs more women-led innovations.

Lauren McWilliams – Be True to Yourself

Don’t be afraid to be yourself. Your greatest asset is that you’re unlike anybody else. Own it and opportunities will flow your way.

Kanika Sahijwani – Aim Big with Courage

Founder – Pusaaka Ventures

70% of our work is talking to people—team members, vendors, clients, or networking. Develop soft skills as much as possible, as early as possible. Try and fail as much as possible, fail faster and better each time. And keep going—the world’s our oyster.

Ashley Henzler – Pursue Your Passion

Nothing is impossible. There are so many resources available and networks of like-minded women who are willing to help you achieve your goals. Don’t give up and always believe in yourself, even when you feel like you’ve hit rock bottom. Give yourself some grace, and keep moving forward!

Shruti Kapadia – Have Confidence and Act

Founder – Ornate

A lesson that continues to inspire me is Priyanka Chopra’s wise words: “The only thing you need to wear well is your confidence.”

To the younger generation—confidence is your greatest strength. Believe in yourself, embrace your uniqueness, and carry yourself with pride. Skills and appearances may evolve, but true success comes from the self-assurance you wear every day.

Shivani Dwivedi – Take the Leap

Founder – CUREYA

Believe in yourself no matter what people are telling. Learn new skills and tools daily to stay updated with industry standards. Find client pain points and deliver solutions. Build a women-focused team, train them, and provide employment based on performance. Work towards automated processes for efficiency.

Neha Bajaj – Resilience, Mentorship, and Vision

Founder – Flyhigh Travels

My advice to young women entrepreneurs is to believe in your vision and stay resilient. The journey may be challenging, but persistence and adaptability are key to overcoming obstacles. Build a strong network, seek mentorship, and never hesitate to take risks. Confidence and continuous learning will set you apart. Most importantly, trust yourself and your abilities—your unique perspective and passion can create something truly remarkable. It’s never too late to start and pursue your dreams.
