Follow Passion Realistically

My advice would be to follow your passion but it always be realistic about it. If your vision is not panning out in a set time duration you should pivot, look at other opportunities and look forward.

Becoming Along the Journey

When we have a goal or many goals, the how of getting somewhere is less important than the who we want to be on the way. Because who we want to be along the way truly determines the quality of the results and how much we can even enjoy or appreciate the destination when it arrives. Being able to contribute each day in a way that demonstrates who we are, not who we think we need to be to succeed is important. How much we like our own actions and interactions matters.

Courage and Growth

For fellow small business owners, especially young women aspiring to entrepreneurship, embrace the courage it takes to start this journey. Celebrate every achievement, no matter how small, and set achievable goals to keep you moving forward. Understand that setbacks are part of the process, offering valuable lessons and opportunities for growth. Remember, success involves persistence, resilience, and a willingness to adapt and learn continuously.
