Find Your Differentiator and Network

Find your differentiator and just do it! Find a mentor or group of other entrepreneurs that can help with answering questions and provide support. I have met so many great people and formed amazing partnerships with others!

Sally Morse, Founder, Spectra Supply

Just Take Action

Just do it!

Dr. Radhika Goyal, Founder, Healthy NUdge

Embrace Life's Surprises

Life is full of surprises, go with the flow without letting challenges stop you. Learn from them, innovate and be what you dream to become.

Juthika Solanki, Founder, Interior Story

Focus on Creative Value

My advice would be to go for what satisfies your creative needs, rather than simply focusing on the money. Money is a by-product of the creation you bring forth. The more effort you put in to create value in the world, the more deeply you solve someone's burning issue, and the more authentically you market that solution will determine your success in the long run. And be patient. Rome wasn't built in a day.

Ritika Subhash, Founder, Voyage Education India

Pursue Your Curiosity

Follow your curiosity. It will lead you down paths you never imagined.

Lisa Overland, Founder, Stock Media Inc

Adapt and Learn Continuously

You need to listen to  the market and adapt accordingly. Be agile in your approach and not fixated and what you originally envisioned the product will look like. Stay resilient, embrace challenges as learning opportunities, build a strong network, and never underestimate the power of continuous learning

Rene Schreuder, Founder, Flink South Africa

Innovative and Personalized Approach

Through her flexible, multi-technique, body-positive approaches, clients improve their intimate lives, and this often carries into a whole-life transformation. Her entire team is trained in her unique blend of results-driven therapy.

Amanda Pasciucco, PhD, LMFT, Founder, Life Coaching and Therapy, LLC

Focus on Solving Major Problems

What I would say to all entrepreneurs, make sure you are solving a $1 Billion problem or pain point. Your company won't succeed if you try simply offer enhancements or incremental improvements to the existing status quo. You need to have big impact. Change is difficult and uncomfortable so unless there is a pain point that continually nags or challenges a prospective client's core business, many will be reluctant to adopt a new approach even if your technology can improve efficiency and profit. Solving potential clients perceived issues is way to spur adoption and buy-in for new technology and innovation.

Lisa Diaz, Founder, Turf Advisory

Embracing and Owning Your Unique Approach

Be sure you are secure in who you are as a provider and how your approach is different at solving a problem and then own it. Culture will try to tell you that you need to conform, but if you know you have a different way to solve a problem, go for it and show the world.

Tanya Fasnacht Jolliffe, RDN, LD, CIMHP, Founder, L I T Wellness Solutions

Embrace Change and Follow Your Gut

Just do it. Don't hung up on all the little details trying to perfect things. Your business should change and grow as you do and if you spend so much time trying to make every little thing exactly right, you'll never get it going and you could miss out on some great opportunities. Get a mentor- listen and learn - their advice can be invaluable  but always go with your gut at decision making time.

Wren Fegarsky, Founder, Schparkly Creative
