Resilience, Learning, Networking

For young women aspiring to be entrepreneurs or those already on this journey, my advice is to embrace resilience, continuously learn, and build a strong support network. Define your mission, communicate effectively, and prioritize financial literacy. Collaborate and network with others, celebrate successes, and stay true to your passion. Remember, each entrepreneurial journey is unique—remain adaptable and enjoy the learning process.

Networking and Balance

Networking is the key to increase your business and don’t have the guilt of work life balance. It’s a myth

Sweta chandak, Founder, MULOHA

Build a strong network

Embrace your unique perspective, build a strong network of mentors and peers, continuously educate yourself, and don't be afraid to take calculated risks. Your resilience and determination will be key in navigating the entrepreneurial journey.

Prerna Karidhal, Founder, Qurez

Continuous Learning and Growth

Build Supportive Networks and Highlight

Role Models

Create a Supportive Community: Establish or join women entrepreneur networks where individuals can share experiences, insights, and support. Foster a sense of camaraderie and collaboration among women in business, creating a space for encouragement and mentorship. Highlight Role Models:

Share success stories of accomplished women entrepreneurs to inspire and serve as role models.

Showcase diverse stories to demonstrate that success comes in many forms and is achievable by women from various backgrounds.

Tejashree M Ghanekar, Founder, Thinking Owl

Seek Mentorship from Industry Leaders

Find women you admire in your industry and reach out to them to ask for a mentor session. You won't always get a yes, but when you do, you may have found a life long champion and mentor who can guide you through challenges and help you make the right decisions along the way.

Anne McKinnon, Founder, Ristband

Learn and Network with Admirable People

Find people you admire and that do what you want to do and learn as much as you can with them. Join groups of people going through similar issues so that you can exchange experiences and advice.

Barbara Boselli, Founder, BNOW Consulting

Value Hard Work and Networking

Hard work and connections/relationships should be your top two drivers! Don't ever stop learning and don't ever stop getting yourself in front of your audience. I've me so many incredible people along the way who have helped me because they recognize the hard work and positive energy. People want to be around good people, especially now more than ever!!!

Cheryl Willberg, Founder, CITY SHRED

Seek Mentors and Support

That you can do it and to search out mentors, coaches etc. who can help you along the way when you have questions. Especially other women entrepreneurs can be a great place to start.

Amanda Singer, Founder, West Coast Family Mediation Center

Build Strong Relationships and

Communicate

Communication and relationships are critical to success. No one succeeds by hard work alone. Find ways to connect with others who will advocate and support your growth into spaces and roles you may not have reached alone.
