Seek Serenity & Acceptance

I am humbled by this question - I feel I have myself begun ! Only the serenity prayer I recite everyday - God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change , the courage to change the things I can and wisdom to know the difference Amen !

Priti Agarwal, Founder, Billabong High International School

Stay Calm & Have Faith

Have faith in yourself. Good or bad - time will always pass, you stay calm in any condition

VIBHA RAJIV DAMANI, Founder, RAJ RATNA JEWELS

Keep Going & Cherish the Journey

Never give up.  Just keep the faith, give your all,  intention right and trust the journey.  We have too many things to juggle,  mind will give up,  but keep going.  Success is not easy but when you are at the top cherish the journey with the success.

Keep Trying, Find Your Path

It sounds cliche but my first thought is to keep going! You will never know where you're truly supposed to be if you don't keep trying. Don't be afraid for others to see you trying because you are doing more than the average person. With time, you will see exactly where God wanted you to be.

Sheridan Watkins, Founder, Perennial Peaces

Authenticity and Resilience

Embrace Your Authenticity: There is nothing quite as powerful as being YOU in a world that is constantly trying to make you someone else.  Cultivate Resilience: The entrepreneurship journey is filled with ups and downs, but it's how you bounce back from setbacks that truly defines your success. Foster a Supportive Network:  Surrounding yourself with like-minded individuals who believe in your vision can provide invaluable guidance, encouragement, and opportunities. Also look for people who are supportive but think differently, so you are keeping your own views diverse. Prioritize Self-Care: Remember that self-care is not selfish but essential for sustainable success. Prioritize your physical, mental, and emotional well-being amidst the demands of entrepreneurship. Embrace Failure as a Learning Opportunity: There is a gift in every situation (even if it's hard to see sometimes). Remember that every setback is a chance to iterate, innovate, and grow stronger. Stay Curious and Keep Learning: The entrepreneurial journey is ever-evolving, so stay curious, adapt to change, and continuously seek new knowledge and skills. Pay It Forward: We have a duty to keep paying our knowledge and skills forward by supporting and uplifting other women in business. Collaboration and solidarity within the entrepreneurial community can create a ripple effect of empowerment and positive change.

Never Quit, Take Breaks

Don’t quit. Take a break if life forces you to, but never stop. You never know what’s just around the corner.

Katie Allen, Founder, Nella Digital Group

Overcome Difficulties

No is never the answer; there are always ways to overcome difficulties to achieve your goals.

Maria Jose Mendieta, Founder, Boko Digital Solutions

Positivity Amidst Challenges

I think that it would be important for young women starting their own business to know that it will be a rollercoaster ride, with ups and downs. To this end, stay positive and be persistent. Know that the struggle will be rewarded.

Jennifer Chassman Browne, Founder, New Ground Educational Consulting

Full Commitment to Success

Be ready to work HARD every day for what feel like very little progress, especially initially. YOU have to be fully committed to your idea, service/product and believe in it even when no one else does. Be willing to do whatever it takes to make it succeed, even if you don't have help, funding or support. If you believe in it and in yourself, you can make it a reality.

Sarah Centrella, Founder, VIVIAMO

Keep Pushing Forward

Hold on. Keep pushing.

Jessica van Spaendonck, Founder, VINADA
