The Transformative Power of Experience
Experience is what we get when we don't get what we want. This experience will transform you into the person you need to be to succeed. Keep going!

Perseverance and Expertise in Achieving Business Success
My advice would be to not get discouraged by "no's". Keep pushing! Hone in on your service/ industry, become an expert, get involved with conferences/ communities, invest in technology and people. Most importantly, stay consistent. Small improvements everyday, compound to big results. It took me 7 years to reach 1 mil revenue.

Balance Work and Life: Finding a balance between work and personal life is essential for long-term success and well-being. Prioritise self-care and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I'm not only an entrepreneur but I'm also a wife, mother and friend. Those things are important to me. 8. Stay Adaptable: Be open to change and willing to adapt to evolving circumstances and market dynamics. Flexibility is a valuable trait in entrepreneurship. 9. Advocate for Yourself: Don't be afraid to speak up for your ideas, your worth, and your rights. Champion your cause and be your own advocate. Don't give up on yourself or your ideas. 10. It's important to set the tone for what kind of company you want to have and what kind of leader you want to be.

Purpose-Driven Entrepreneurship
I have SO much to share! Firstly, understand that you always have a purpose. If you're passionate about your endeavour? Do your research. Surround yourself with other individuals in your field, but always be in rooms with people that share a common interest of elevating no matter what business they're in-If you have to of course correct? Do it, as many times as needed. I've intentionally replaced the words failure and mistake with course correction intentionally. You have to modify your thinking when it comes to business. This will instantly motivate you rather than discourage you.

Embracing Mistakes and Self-Discovery in Business
We would tell them that there will be mistakes, own them, and learn from them. We would tell them to sit with themselves, and really know who they are. We would tell them to ask for help, it's a superpower often untapped. We would tell them to dig deep, and believe in themselves. We would tell them to realise that their potential is infinite. We would tell them to trust their intuition, always. We would tell them that no idea is too big. We would tell them that anything is possible, if they surround themselves with the right community. 💫 And that's what we're here for.
