Recalling Your Entrepreneurial 'Why'

Remember why you started! There are times where things as an entrepreneur gets a bit tougher than you ever expected and you'd think that dusting up your CV and looking for a job is the only way to sustain your livelihood. This year, 2023, just started but I've been confronted with that decision so many times because of how tough things have been, but I have had to remember. myself why I decided to become an entrepreneur a decade ago. That remembrance, pushed me to continue fighting this good fight of entrepreneurship and show those behind me that success in business as a female entrepreneur is not only possible but very attainable.

A Female Entrepreneur's Guide to Success

It can be really hard to be a female entrepreneur and can be really hectic at a time as I have face myself, so here is my mantra or one can say a small to-do list/step-by-step guide for all my fellow sisters who either are an entrepreneur or aspiring to become one Establish a concise perspective: Begin with a clear knowledge of what you want to achieve with your business, the problem you want to solve, and the market you want to serve. Conduct your research: To gather insights and make informed decisions, research your industry, competitors, and future customers. Build relationships and network with people who share your interests to receive knowledge, resources, and connections.

Accept mentoring: Having a mentor may help you overcome problems and make the best decisions for your business by providing essential guidance, support, and insights.  Become resourceful: Entrepreneurship may be a rollercoaster ride, and having the tenacity and determination to weather the ups and downs is essential.  Constantly gain knowledge: Stay current on industry advances and trends, and always look for methods to increase your skills and knowledge.  Keep concentrated and prioritise: Distractions will always occur, but it is critical to stay focused on your goals and prioritise what is most necessary for the success of your business.  Align yourself with a collaborative team: Putting together a group of people with diverse abilities and opinions can help you grow and flourish.  Lose gracefully: While failure is an unavoidable part of the entrepreneurial process, it can also be a wonderful learning experience. Accept failure, learn from it, and use it to propel you forward.  And keep on growing!

Knowledge and Empathy: Keys to Business Leadership

It is important for us to have good knowledge on the topics of our business and how the world at large adds to it. Being an owner I know how each and every department functions because I have worked in all the departments and have started my way from the bottom. So I know the challenges people face in every job and the ways to get it done. A smile can win the world within us and outside too.

Embracing Womanhood in Business: The Power of Networking and Relationships

Being a woman in business is a great boon to us in today's era, as the business world respects women, trusts in women's capabilities and provides us with immense opportunities. The only constant requisite is a never give up attitude along with self belief.   One of the most powerful virtues of a business owner is their networking skills and how they build relationships at every level, be it a client, an employee, a partner or an associate. Business is 'People'.

Embracing Biological Changes and Career Advancement for Women

We are transitioning to an awakening among women all over and that knowledge should be leverage for young women entrepreneurs as well as working women to be relaxed about biological changes be it periods, pregnancy or menopause that we needn’t fight a battle inside alone and pace up to complete in our careers with men who are neither going through nor understand it.
