Listening to Inner Voice and Paving New Paths
Listen to the deeper part of yourself that is connected to your cause. Attempt to move mountains even when it doesn't seem possible. It's okay to go against the grain and pave a new path. We NEED more women to do this.

Comprehensive Guide for Aspiring Women Entrepreneurs
Absolutely, here are some pieces of advice for young women aspiring to be entrepreneurs or those already on the entrepreneurial path: Believe in Yourself: Trust your abilities and vision. Self-confidence is your most valuable asset in entrepreneurship. Embrace your strengths and acknowledge that your unique perspective brings a fresh dimension to the business world. Never Stop Learning: Entrepreneurship is a continuous learning journey. Seek knowledge, refine your skills, and stay updated with industry trends. Embrace failures as opportunities to learn and grow. Build a Support Network: Surround yourself with mentors, peers, and allies who can provide guidance, share experiences, and offer emotional support. A strong network can provide valuable insights and help you navigate challenges. Embrace Challenges: Challenges are inevitable, but they are also opportunities for growth. Don't shy away from difficult situations; instead, tackle them head-on with a positive mindset and determination. Define Your Success: Success isn't a one-size-fits-all concept. Define what success means to you and set goals that align with your values and aspirations. This will keep you motivated and focused. Time Management: Balancing entrepreneurship with personal life can be challenging. Mastering time management skills is crucial. Prioritize tasks, set boundaries, and allocate time for self-care. Take Risks: Entrepreneurship involves taking calculated risks. Don't fear failure; it's often a stepping stone to success. Assess risks, make informed decisions, and be open to exploring new avenues. Advocate for Yourself: Don't hesitate to speak up for your ideas, opinions, and needs. Your voice matters, and advocating for yourself is essential in a competitive business environment. Build Resilience: Entrepreneurship comes with highs and lows. Cultivate resilience to bounce back from setbacks, and maintain a long-term perspective even during challenging times. Celebrate Wins: Acknowledge your achievements, no matter how small. Celebrating wins, even minor ones, boosts motivation and helps you stay focused on your goals. Stay True to Your Vision: Amid advice and external influences, stay true to your initial vision. Adapt as needed, but don't compromise your core values and mission. Seek Balance: Balancing work and personal life is crucial for your well-being. Strive for harmony, allocate time for relaxation, hobbies, and spending quality time with loved ones. Celebrate Diversity: Embrace diversity in all its forms. Different perspectives can lead to innovative solutions and a richer business experience. Remember, every successful entrepreneur's journey is unique. Embrace your journey, learn from experiences, and use challenges as stepping stones towards realising your dreams. Your determination, creativity, and passion will guide you to success.

Belief in Self-Worth and Supportive Networks
Don't EVER think you're not worthy of great things. We are. And we should go after them. Stand by people who support you. They won't be many, but they'll be the right ones. You are not alone. When you think of giving up, remember that people look up to you and are inspired by you.

Women's Unique Problem-Solving Approach
Go for it! (or stick with it if you are already doing it). Women don’t usually have the loudest voices in the room, but are able to champion multiple perspectives in their problem solving. For instance, when faced with a challenge they will find a solution that solves the problem and do it in a way that is good for business AND employees AND the customer. This win-win-win approach creates a multiplying effect on the value they provide across industries. The problem is this multiplying effect isn’t always acknowledged or rewarded by most companies. As an entrepreneur, you have full control in selecting how you invest your time and the value you put on the products/solutions you offer.

Empowering Women in Entrepreneurship
Engaging in conversations about entrepreneurship with women is among my most cherished activities. I hold a firm belief in the power of shared knowledge and collective growth. Many of my dearest friends are fellow entrepreneurs, forming a support network where we actively exchange insights and have each other's best interests at heart.Whenever the opportunity arises, I am passionate about encouraging women to pursue their aspirations, which occasionally involves venturing into the realm of entrepreneurship. My advice would be to believe in yourself. Your ideas and vision have worth. Trust in your abilities and the unique perspective you bring to the table. Embrace your network. Surround yourself with like-minded individuals who can provide support, mentorship, and collaboration. Building a strong network is invaluable. Learn continuously. The entrepreneurial journey is a learning experience. Stay curious, adapt to changes, and continually seek opportunities to expand your skills. Don't fear failure. Mistakes and setbacks are part of the process. Embrace them as opportunities to learn and grow, rather than allowing fear of failure to hold you back. Prioritise self-care. Balancing entrepreneurship and personal well-being is crucial. Take care of yourself physically, mentally, and emotionally to sustain your entrepreneurial journey. Seek feedback. Be open to feedback, both positive and constructive. It can provide valuable insights that help refine your products, services, or business strategies. Set realistic goals. Break down your larger objectives into manageable steps. Celebrate small victories along the way as you work toward your ultimate goals. Financial literacy is important. Understand the financial aspects of your business. Familiarise yourself with budgeting, pricing, and managing cash flow to ensure the sustainability of your venture. Be adaptable. The business landscape evolves rapidly. Stay agile and be prepared to pivot your strategies when necessary. Celebrate progress. Acknowledge your accomplishments, regardless of their size. Each step forward is a testament to your dedication and determination. Remember on this entrepreneurial journey and you're not alone. Countless resources, communities and mentors are available to support you. Your unique perspective and contributions are valuable and have the potential to make a lasting impact. Embrace the challenges with resilience and the successes with humility, and keep striving to realise your dreams.

Consistency and Effective Leadership
First and foremost, strive for consistency in your actions and decisions. Consider finding an entrepreneurial partner who's got your back and complements your journey like no other. Together, you'll conquer new horizons! Don't forget to bring your nurturing and empathetic side to work. Just be careful not to shoulder all the caretaking responsibilities. Treat your team like the rockstars they are, recognizing their unique talents and helping them conquer any challenge that comes their way. Be proud of your knowledge and your hunger for learning. These superpowers, combined with effective leadership, will catapult you and your team to success. And guess what? You don't have to lead like anyone else. This is your time to shine and do things your way. Remember, the "how" often matters more than the "what"! Wishing you all the luck in the world. Go get 'em!

Learning from Experience and Removing Self-Imposed Limits
Before diving into the world of lingerie my background was the entertainment industry. I danced and sang for household names and whilst not directly entrepreneurial, those entertainment days taught me a thing or two about branding, marketing, standing out and making a mark! Everything is a lesson and every experience, whether positive or negative in that moment, teaches you something invaluable. I love to see people do amazing things. I love dark horses. I love the quiet kid who turns out to become the most talented musician. I love the drop out who becomes a successful entrepreneur. I love people who work hard for what they want. I am inspired by people who are living proof that there are no limits so don't put those limits on your own capabilities.

Leadership and Collaboration in Business
Believe in yourself. Trust your own judgement while seeking evidence and opinion from around you. Keep learning - always. Stay humble, no one likes arrogance (and it is different to confidence). Realise you won't be able to do this on your own. You need a great team around you. Allow others to come up with answers, it can't always be your idea. Only tell the truth if the people you are telling can handle the truth (we are all biassed and make unfair judgements). Find allies and co-create the answers with other great people.

Principles of Effective Leadership
For young women venturing into entrepreneurship or already navigating the entrepreneurial landscape leading people for the first time may seem daunting, but with the right mindset and approach, this challenge can be conquered. A fundamental aspect of effective leadership, as I have learned, is leading by example. Modelling the values and behaviours you expect from your team establishes a culture of accountability and mutual respect. If you desire punctuality and preparedness, demonstrate these qualities by being on time and well-prepared for meetings. This approach not only sets the right tone but also builds trust and credibility with your team. When they witness your commitment to hard work and accountability, they are more likely to follow suit and regard you with respect as a leader. Therefore, my advice to aspiring and emerging leaders is to embody the qualities you would seek in a leader. Stay true to your values, lead by example, and remain open to continuous learning and growth. Dedication and hard work will pave the way for you to become an effective and respected leader who inspires your team to achieve remarkable things.
