Kristy Gall – Trust your instincts and embrace your unique perspective.

Company – The Wonder Crew

Advice

Trust your instincts and embrace your unique perspective. Your insights and leadership style are valuable assets. Focus on building strong foundations: clear processes, supportive teams, and a culture that reflects your values. Don’t be afraid to take calculated risks, make decisions decisively, and learn from setbacks, they are essential steps in growth.

Seek mentors, surround yourself with people who challenge and inspire you, and celebrate small wins along the way. Most importantly, remember that resilience, persistence, and authenticity are as critical as strategy and skill, they will carry you through challenges and help you create a business that truly reflects your vision.

Aishwarya Sahni – Stop seeking permission; your vision is the only compass you need.

Company – Drival AI Private Limited

Advice

Stop seeking permission; your vision is the only compass you need. In rooms of skeptics, remember your "different" perspective is the insight that sees gaps legacy leaders miss.  Build a sisterhood of mentors to anchor you through the highs and lows. You aren’t just launching a startup; you’re proving that a more empathetic way of building is possible. Trust your intuition, lean into your community, and let your execution be your loudest advocate.

Aanchal D Bali – Believe in your vision, even before the world does.

Company– Aadiva

Advice

Believe in your vision, even before the world does. Start with strong values, stay consistent, and focus on building credibility over quick recognition. Challenges will come, but they refine you as a leader.

Build patiently, stay rooted in your purpose, and let your work speak for you.

Yashu Kapila – Lead by Example: True leadership isn’t about the authority you hold, but the example you set.

Company – BugRaptors

Advice

Lead by Example: True leadership isn’t about the authority you hold, but the example you set. Your team will follow your passion and your work ethic.

Embrace the Journey of Grit: Success is a story of perseverance. Show up consistently, even through the uncertainties of the early stages.

Focus on People and Culture: Turn your colleagues into leaders. Build an organization where trust is the foundation, and excellence will naturally follow.

Balance Vision with Detail: Aim to see the "bigger picture" for your company’s future, but never lose sight of the small details that define the quality of your product.

Christina Collura – healing, advocacy — are not weaknesses.

Company – Creative Beginning INC.

Advice

healing, advocacy — are not weaknesses. They are perspective. They are leadership training. They are your competitive advantage.

Build with purpose, not just pressure. It’s easy to get caught up in social media growth, comparison, or rapid scaling. Instead, focus on impact, alignment, and sustainability. A business built on authenticity will outlast one built on trends.

Protect your energy as much as your vision. Boundaries are not selfish — they are strategic. You cannot pour into your company if you are constantly depleted.

And finally, remember this: you do not have to lead like anyone else. Your version of leadership — empathetic, resilient, intuitive, bold — is valid. In fact, it’s needed.

Your voice, your story, and your idea matter.

Start small if you must. Start scared if you have to.

Just start.

Yasmin Lemos – Start !

Founder – Fresh and clean

Advice

Start ! Just start. Focus on what inspires you and what makes you feel this is your purpose. Being successful feels even more meaningful when you help others.

kelsey Odom – Always remember that your perspective as a woman is a strength.

Company – Odoms Mobile Petting Zoo

Advice

Always remember that your perspective as a woman is a strength. Bring your creativity, empathy, and leadership to the table unapologetically. Your voice matters, and your vision can create meaningful impact — for your business and your community.

Company – Modern Evolution Homebuilders

Advice

The legendary James Brown sang, “This is a man’s world… but it would be nothing without a woman or a girl.”

In many industries - especially construction and development - it can still feel like a man’s world. But value is not determined by majority. It is determined by contribution.

If you are building in spaces not traditionally designed for you, build with substance. Develop competence so strong it cannot be ignored. Know your numbers. Master operations. Understand how to hire, negotiate, and execute with precision. Preparation eliminates the need for posturing.

Do not confuse volume with authority. Depth creates authority.

Anchor your business in purpose. Markets fluctuate. Opinions shift. What sustains leadership is conviction and endurance.

Stay long enough to become undeniable.

It may be a man’s world — but it moves forward because women build within it.

Erika Kulovitz – Give yourself grace.

Company – Akire Events Agency

Advice

Give yourself grace. It's hard work, a lot of hours and it's all worth it.  Stay on Purpose & Mission, even when the world around you is fighting it.  Do the hard work first...really research, take classes, spend time with EOS to build out how you want your business to leave an impact and legacy.

Sakshi Tulsian – Build competence before confidence.

Company – Restroworks

Advice

Build competence before confidence. When you know your business deeply, confidence becomes natural.

Don’t wait for permission. Take space at the table. Your voice deserves to be heard.

Choose resilience over perfection. Growth is messy. Mistakes are part of leadership.

Invest in financial literacy. Understanding numbers gives you power in decision-making.

Build a support ecosystem. Mentors, peers, and a strong internal team make entrepreneurship sustainable.

Most importantly, remember — you don’t have to choose between empathy and ambition. The most powerful leaders balance both.
