Break all stereotypes and don't let anyone put you in a box. As terrible as it may be, the glass ceiling exists for working women and is not a figment of our imaginations. Accept this fact and make every effort to overcome it via sheer hard work, ambition, and perseverance. Never be hesitant to make decisions and pursue one's goals to the utmost extent possible.

I'm working in a very male-heavy field. If you're running a business in a male dominated field, this is an advantage, not a disadvantage. You have to refuse to believe in the stereotypes. Second, set limits that help you create the conditions you need to thrive. Thirdly, definitely use the AI tech and tools to make your life easier and free your time.

I truly believe that recognising and celebrating the achievements of women in business is crucial for fostering a supportive and empowering environment. Breaking Barriers in Male-Dominated Markets
Absolutely! It can often be intimidating to start something or try an idea, especially in a market that is very dominated by men. When the common person thinks of "entrepreneurship" they don't think of women as quickly. I believe you miss 100% of the shots you don't take, and a good idea is better started than a great idea that is never executed. Connect with communities and fellow women in your space, because mentors also make a huge difference in your journey! I have many and love them (both male and female). And also have fun and take risks !!
