Breaking Stereotypes and Taking Control of Your Destiny
One should never let people around you dictate what you can do or cannot do. Keep control of your destiny at all times and don't let anything or anyone distract you from your path. Break all stereotypes and don't let anyone put you in a box. As terrible as it may be, the glass ceiling exists for working women and is not a figment of our imaginations. Accept this fact and make every effort to overcome it via sheer hard work, ambition, and perseverance. Never be hesitant to make decisions and pursue one's goals to the utmost extent possible.

Empowering Diverse Entrepreneurs through Mentorship
Some of the women entrepreneurs she has mentored have gone on to raise substantial equity funding. Anu has also been actively mentoring entrepreneurs from the semi-urban regions of India who work on sustainable fashion. She mentors young women entrepreneurs from small cities of India and those who are handicapped on the following topics to help them succeed. An example interview of a beneficiary of this mentorship is also listed on this page: https://3aclothing.com/story/ 1. Setting up a business and creating a business plan 2. Setting up a business for international trade/exports 3. Outsourcing for mass production 4. Empowering women entrepreneurs to discover their mental resilience and competitive streak 5. Gender Equality and Personal Growth in Business
You have just as much to offer as any man in your field, so don't sell yourself short! Never give up on yourself or your dreams even if everyone else does. Strive for perfection, never settle for less, but don't be so hard on yourself that you forget to leave room for personal growth. None of us get it all figured out on the first try. Above all else, support other women every chance you get.

Self-Belief, Mentorship, and Resilience
To the women aspiring to carve their path as entrepreneurs or those already treading this exciting journey – I have three pieces of advice. 1) First and foremost, cultivate an unshakeable self-belief. Embrace your unique perspective, it's what sets you apart. On that note, it’s key to voice your ideas with conviction. They carry the potential to reshape the world, in small ways or big. 2) Second, seek out mentors and kindred spirits who can share insights from their own journeys. This can be invaluable. 3) Third, know that challenges are not roadblocks, but stepping stones. Every hurdle you face is an opportunity to learn, adapt, and emerge stronger. As you navigate the terrain of entrepreneurship, your resilience will be tested. Keep going. Embrace each milestone, no matter how small, as a testament to your hard work and vision. As you step into the arena, know that your dreams are attainable. Visualise it. Through innovation, determination, and collaboration, you have the power to shape a future that's not only fulfilling for you but inspiring for countless others.

Turning Gender Stereotypes into Advantages
I'm working in a very male-heavy field. If you're running a business in a male dominated field, this is an advantage, not a disadvantage. You have to refuse to believe in the stereotypes. Second, set limits that help you create the conditions you need to thrive. Thirdly, definitely use the AI tech and tools to make your life easier and free your time.

Celebrating and Supporting Women in Business
I truly believe that recognising and celebrating the achievements of women in business is crucial for fostering a supportive and empowering environment. I understand that being a woman entrepreneur comes with its unique set of challenges. From the feelings of loneliness to the constant struggle of finding clients or making sales, it can be overwhelming at times. However, I firmly believe that no one should face these difficulties alone. My advice to fellow women entrepreneurs is to seek out a community of like-minded individuals. Surrounding yourself with people who understand your journey and can offer guidance and support is invaluable. Find someone who has walked the path before you, someone who can provide advice, answer questions, and share their insights. Together, we can overcome any obstacles that come our way.

Breaking Barriers in Male-Dominated Markets
Absolutely! It can often be intimidating to start something or try an idea, especially in a market that is very dominated by men. When the common person thinks of "entrepreneurship" they don't think of women as quickly. I believe you miss 100% of the shots you don't take, and a good idea is better started than a great idea that is never executed. Connect with communities and fellow women in your space, because mentors also make a huge difference in your journey! I have many and love them (both male and female). And also have fun and take risks !!
