In industries where first impressions often fade as quickly as they are made, Tani Bloudell is building a business designed to last well beyond the moment of exchange. As co-founder of Vela Estate, Bloudell is redefining corporate and real-estate gifting—transforming it from a transactional gesture into a considered, long-term relationship tool.
Based on the Gold Coast, Vela Estate launched in 2025 with a clear focus: elevate branded gifting into a strategic extension of a company’s reputation.
From Idea to Infrastructure
Vela Estate’s growth has been swift and deliberate. Within just eight weeks of launch, the company moved into a 190-square-metre warehouse to meet early demand. Less than a year later, that space proved insufficient. Preparations are now underway for a move into a 2,000-square-metre facility—an expansion that reflects both rising national demand and a disciplined approach to scaling.
In its first year of operations, the business secured multiple national contracts, validating its positioning in a competitive market and laying the groundwork for sustainable expansion across Australia.
Redefining Real Estate and Corporate Gifting
At the core of Vela Estate’s offering is a simple shift in thinking. Rather than viewing gifting as an obligatory cost, the company positions it as a brand investment.
Its curated gift boxes—created exclusively for real estate and corporate clients—are designed to deliver lasting value, extending the client experience beyond settlement day or contract signing. With Australian-owned and sourced products, market-leading lead times, and unmatched customisation, each collection is crafted to feel personal, premium, and intentional.
Access to Vela Estate’s collections is by referral or invitation only, reinforcing the brand’s focus on exclusivity and quality over volume.
A Founder Shaped by Service and Leadership
Bloudell’s entrepreneurial journey began early. At 17, she founded E.D.G.E (Everyone Deserves Global Education), a not-for-profit initiative that marked the start of a long-standing commitment to community impact. She later became the East Coast Charity Support Officer for Radio Lollipop Australia, continuing her work in service-led leadership.
Her contributions have been widely recognised, including being named Harvey Norman Gold Coast Women of the Year and Young Women of the Year in 2020, alongside earlier honours such as Gold Coast Young Citizen of the Year and International Women of the Year awards for youth leadership and community service.
That foundation—combining empathy with execution—now underpins how Vela Estate operates.
Building With Precision and Purpose
Vela Estate’s approach blends operational discipline with thoughtful design. From bespoke branding and premium packaging to scalable logistics and national delivery, the business is engineered to support growth without compromising experience.
The company’s momentum was further acknowledged when it was named a finalist in the Industry Innovation category at the REIQ Awards for Excellence—an early signal of its impact within the property and corporate sectors.
A New Standard for Modern Gifting
For Tani Bloudell, gifting is not about excess. It is about intention, alignment, and memory. Through Vela Estate, she is building a brand that understands how details shape perception—and how well-designed experiences strengthen relationships.
As Australian businesses look for more meaningful ways to connect with clients, Vela Estate stands as an example of what happens when purpose, structure, and execution come together—quietly raising the standard for what corporate gifting can be.
