Focus and Determination

Recognise your inner strength and just do it

Anuradha Tiwari, Founder, Versatil Technology Private Limited

Trust Yourself and Build Support

For young women who aspire to become entrepreneurs or are already entrepreneurs, my advice is for them to trust in themselves and their ability to achieve their goals. It's important for them to surround themselves with mentors and role models who inspire and guide them along their journey. Additionally, I would recommend that they don't be afraid to face the challenges and obstacles that may arise, as each difficulty is an opportunity for learning and growth. It's crucial for them to maintain a positive and perseverant mindset, and to make the most of the opportunities that come their way. Lastly, I encourage them to support each other and build a strong support network with other female entrepreneurs, as together they can accomplish great things and overcome any obstacle that arises on the path to business success.

Stay Hungry, Stay Foolish

As Steve Jobs said - Stay Hungry, Stay Foolish - Entrepreneurship is a dare dream - and if you are consistent, disciplined even during difficult days - results will definitely follow.

Be Fearless and Grow

Be fearless. If you can’t be fearless, be scared and do it anyway. The juice is always worth the squeeze when you do, because no matter how the project turns out- you have grown personally.

Laura Lucchetti, Founder, Hoff Studios

Dream Big, Get Unstuck

For young women aspiring to be entrepreneurs or already on their entrepreneurial journey: Never Stop Dreaming! Your dreams are the blueprint of your success. Embrace them, nurture them, and let them guide you. Never underestimate the power of your aspirations. Get Unstuck! Challenges are part of the entrepreneurial journey. When faced with obstacles, view them as opportunities to learn and grow. Don't be afraid to pivot, adapt, and keep moving forward. Lastly, surround yourself with Great Minds. Building a network of supportive and inspiring individuals is crucial. Just like at LaunchPreneur, surround yourself with people who believe in your vision, challenge you, and uplift you during both triumphs and setbacks. Remember, every step you take is a stride towards your goals. Stay passionate, stay persistent, and the entrepreneurial path will unfold beautifully.

Rachel McCord, Founder, LaunchPreneur

Believe in Yourself

Trust yourself.

Kalyani Bnaodha, Founder, Trinity Empowerment

Take the First Step

You'll lose 100% of the shot you don't take. Entrepreneurship starts with one step, and no one is going to take it for you!

Nikki Lindgren, Founder, Pennock

Embrace Your Journey with Courage

For young women aspiring to become entrepreneurs or already pursuing their entrepreneurial dreams, I would emphasize the importance of resilience, determination, and unwavering belief in oneself. It's crucial never to give up, even when faced with obstacles or setbacks along the way. Cultivating a burning drive to succeed and a passion for one's endeavors is key to overcoming challenges and achieving goals. Believing wholeheartedly in what you're doing, perhaps even more than anyone else, fuels the motivation to persevere through the toughest times. And equally important is sharing your story with the world. By articulating the vision, mission, and impact of your endeavors, you have the power to inspire change, make a difference, and leave a lasting legacy. So, to all young women entrepreneurs, I would say: embrace your journey with courage, tenacity, and conviction, and never underestimate the transformative power of your own story.

Believe in Yourself and Act

Absolutely!  JUST DO IT.  Take the chance on yourself even when others won't.  Women tend to be too humble and doubt their capabilities.  So it might take work, but you must believe in your abilities and realize that those around you are also figuring it out as they go, even when it seems like they have it all figured it out.
