Advice
Adele Mans would encourage aspiring and early-stage women founders to trust their instincts and have the confidence to act when they identify a genuine gap in an industry. Women often notice unmet needs, overlooked opportunities, and different ways of doing things.
If you see a problem that needs solving, follow your gut and pursue it with determination. Innovation often begins with someone being willing to trust their vision and create something that adds real value.

Advice
My advice to aspiring and early-stage women founders is simple: don't wait until you feel ready. Confidence is built through action, not before it. There will always be reasons to doubt yourself, especially when stepping into industries or leadership roles where women have traditionally been underrepresented. Trust your abilities, stay curious, and be willing to learn as you go.
I would also encourage women to find mentors, build strong relationships, and become involved in professional organizations and communities. Some of the greatest opportunities, lessons, and growth in my own journey have come from the people willing to share their experiences and invest in my success.
You do not have to figure everything out on your own.
Most importantly, remember that leadership is not about being the loudest person in the room. It is about showing up consistently, serving others, building trust, and creating opportunities for those around you. There will be challenges, setbacks, and moments when you question yourself, but persistence often matters more than perfection.

Advice
Believe in your vision, even before everyone else understands it. Entrepreneurship is never a perfectly straight road — you learn, adapt, and grow along the way.
Surround yourself with people who inspire you, ask for help when needed, and don’t wait until everything is perfect to start. Sometimes the biggest opportunities come when you step outside your comfort zone.
Your personal story, values, and authenticity are often your greatest strengths. Build something that truly reflects who you are — because passion and purpose are what make a business stand out.

Advice
My advice to aspiring women entrepreneurs is to start with what you have and never let fear stop you. You don't need perfect conditions or everyone's support to begin. Believe in yourself even when others don't, because your vision is yours to build.
Don't be afraid to take risks—every challenge is an opportunity to learn and grow. Stay consistent, be patient, and never give up after failures or setbacks. Every successful business starts with one small step, and with determination, resilience, and hard work, you can turn your dreams into reality.

Advice
Trust God enough to start. Trust yourself enough to finish.
Twenty-four years. Four continents. A thyroid cancer diagnosis in the middle of building something that mattered. And what carried me through every single season was faith. It was the unshakeable belief that this work is my #GodJob and that God does not call you to something and then leave you there alone.
So here is what I know to be true.
Your lived experience is intellectual property. The research you have done, the pain you have survived, the wisdom you have accumulated — that is your competitive asset. Honor it. Price it. Protect it. What God placed in you has value. Do not negotiate against yourself.
Find your people. I co-founded The BOW Collective because I know the power of building together. Three hundred and fifty women entrepreneurs across 28 states generating $1.7 billion in economic impact did not find each other by accident.
We built a structure for connection, accountability, and mutual advancement. Your network is a business asset. Invest in it with the same discipline you bring to everything else.
When you know who sent you and why trust becomes your operating system. That is what sustains you.
Trust God enough to start. Trust yourself enough to finish. The world needs what only you have.

Surround yourself with people who challenge and support you, be open to feedback, and don't be afraid to make difficult decisions.
Most importantly, lead with confidence, stay resilient through setbacks, and remember that your biggest strength is your ability to adapt and keep moving forward.

Advice
My advice to aspiring women entrepreneurs is to believe in your vision and have the courage to take the first step. There will always be challenges, moments of self-doubt, and setbacks, but resilience, consistency, and a willingness to learn will help you overcome them. Success is not achieved overnight—it is built through perseverance, hard work, and the ability to adapt to change.
Never stop learning. Invest in developing your leadership, financial, and strategic skills, and seek guidance from mentors and peers who can challenge and support you. Programs like the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women initiative have reinforced my belief that continuous learning is one of the greatest investments an entrepreneur can make.
Build relationships before you need them. Strong networks, trusted partnerships, and meaningful collaborations can open doors to new opportunities and provide invaluable support throughout your entrepreneurial journey.
Most importantly, lead with integrity and purpose. Focus on solving real problems, creating value for your customers, and building a business founded on trust and excellence. Stay authentic, celebrate every milestone, learn from every setback, and remember that your greatest competitive advantage is your unique perspective and determination.
Every successful business starts with someone who dared to believe in an idea. Have confidence in yourself, embrace every challenge as a learning opportunity, and never let fear limit your potential. Your journey can inspire many others to dream bigger and achieve more.

Advice
Don't wait to feel ready, and don't wait for permission — neither ever fully arrives. Start with the problem you can't stop thinking about, and build around what people are capable of, not what they lack; that single shift changes everything you make. Treat "impractical" as information, not a verdict — most of what I built was called unrealistic first.
Learn to tell the difference between advice that sharpens your idea and doubt that just wants you to shrink it. And protect your conviction fiercely, because on the hard days it's the only thing that carries you — funding, applause and confidence all come and go. You don't need to be fearless. You need to be willing to keep going while afraid.

Advice
* Be the heroine and the director of your own movie: No one will start your journey for you, have the courage to begin. Write your script, take ownership of your decisions, embrace uncertainty, and create the story you want to tell.
* Take your superpower back: Believe in your abilities, trust your intuition, and do not allow circumstances, opinions, or setbacks to define your potential. You have the power to shape your own path.
* Do not let your past define your future: Career breaks, transitions, failures, and challenging phases are not full stops; they are chapters that prepare you for your next level of growth.
* Have the courage to say “NO” : Protect your time, energy, values, and vision. Every opportunity is not the right opportunity. Saying no to distractions creates space for what truly matters.
* Start before you feel completely ready and step beyond your comfort zone: Progress does not require perfection. Even the smallest shift, first step, and consistent action can create remarkable transformation over time.
* Invest in yourself relentlessly: Continue learning, upgrading your skills, expanding your mindset, and adapting to change. The entrepreneur who evolves will always remain relevant.
* Own your journey and celebrate your wins. Do not compare your chapter one with someone else’s chapter twenty. Every entrepreneur has a unique path.
Celebrate every milestone, no matter how small, because small victories create momentum.
* Build with purpose and create a legacy beyond yourself: A meaningful business is not only about profit or recognition; it is about solving real problems, building trust, transforming lives, and creating opportunities for others.
My message to every woman entrepreneur: Believe in your vision, reclaim your power, take courageous action, write your own story, and enjoy the results you create. When you become the author of your journey, success becomes more than an achievement - it becomes a legacy.
