Advice

Believe in your vision, even when the path feels uncertain. Don't wait until everything is perfect to begin—start where you are, keep learning, and embrace every challenge as an opportunity to grow. Success isn't built overnight; it's built through consistency, resilience, and the courage to keep showing up.

Your story, your voice, and your ideas are your greatest strengths, so never underestimate the impact you can make.

Advice

Believe in yourself before anyone else does. As women, we often underestimate what we're capable of or wait until we feel "ready" before taking the next step. The truth is, confidence usually comes after action—not before it.

Dream bigger than you think is reasonable, and don't let the fear of failure determine the size of your goals. Ask yourself, "What would I pursue if I knew I couldn't fail?" Then take the first step anyway. You may discover you're capable of far more than you ever imagined. Every meaningful milestone in my business began as something that felt just beyond my comfort zone.

Finally, don't keep your success to yourself. Build relationships, seek out mentors, and, when the time comes, become one. Entrepreneurship isn't just about building a successful business—it's about creating opportunities for others to succeed alongside you. The greatest legacy we can leave is making the path a little easier for the women who come after us.

Jasbir Kaur – My advice to aspiring women entrepreneurs is simple: do not wait for the "perfect" time to begin.

Company– Sanjha Virsa

Advice

My advice to aspiring women entrepreneurs is simple: do not wait for the "perfect" time to begin. If you have a meaningful idea and the determination to solve a real problem, take the first step. You will learn far more by starting than by waiting.

Age, background, or previous profession should never limit your ambitions. I began my entrepreneurial journey in the second innings of my life, after being a teacher and a mother. I had to learn new skills, embrace technology, and step outside my comfort zone. Every challenge became an opportunity to grow.

Build your business around purpose, not just profit. When your work genuinely improves people's lives, customers trust your brand and become your strongest supporters. Stay authentic, be patient, and never compromise on quality or your core values for short-term success.

Most importantly, believe in yourself. There will be setbacks, self-doubt, and moments when progress feels slow, but resilience and consistency create lasting success. Every small milestone matters.

As women, we often carry many responsibilities, but those responsibilities also teach us empathy, resilience, and problem-solving—qualities that make exceptional entrepreneurs. Support other women, keep learning, and remember that your experience is your strength. It is never too late to start, and every dream pursued with passion has the potential to create meaningful impact.

Most importantly, she reminds women that their unique experiences, perspectives, and challenges can become their greatest strengths. By leading with courage, empathy, and determination, women can create businesses and organizations that not only succeed but also inspire change and empower others. Her message is simple: dream boldly, lead authentically, and never underestimate the impact you can create when purpose and passion come together.
