Trust Your Unique Intuition

Trust your intuition (gut).  You uniquely bring something that the world needs - look at your life's history and who you are and what you do exceptionally well.  This is what you offer, your brand, and the best of you.  Don't try to be like anyone else, it's your uniqueness and authenticity that will make them notice and is needed.

Shariann Tom, Founder, The Cancer Journey Institute

Be Bold and Authentic

Be bold, courageous and passionate to walk the talk. We have our strengths and weaknesses and we can be authentic self. Not giving up no matter what we face. We are the changemakers and lead our next generation to a space where we have easy and equal to glass ceilings. We represent and lead for many to follow!

Jenny Andrews, Founder, StudioJ

Recognize Your Expertise

Don't think you have nothing to share. You are the expert!

Laura Adèr and Eve Aronson, Founder, Fairspace

Follow Your Passion

Follow your passion, if you have a product or service that can change others lives, follow your heart.

Tracey Bambrough, Founder, IVF Babble Ltd

Dare to Use Your Ability

You have the ability, dare !

SOPHIE ESCUDE, Founder, MATHIA

Promote Your Work and Overcome Doubts

Have faith in yourself and do not be shy about promoting the work you do and how you can help others. It is a very vulnerable thing to start your own business. Put yourself out there and reach out to everyone you have ever known because you will be surprised at the people who show up for you that you did not expect. Then start each day clearing out the energy that does not serve you (fear, doubt, confusion) and call in your innate strength, abundance, and light knowing you will do your very best each day, no matter what it looks like.

Stephanie, Founder, Ascendant

Empower Yourself and Follow Your Vision

Empowerment begins with belief in oneself. To aspiring young women entrepreneurs, and those already forging their paths: Embrace your vision, navigate challenges with resilience, and let your passion illuminate the way. Your journey is a testament to the limitless potential within you.

Dr. Sharon Jones, Founder, the dot. Consulting
