The Entrepreneur’s Blueprint: Vision, Mission, and Core Values
Plan and prepare; document your vision, mission, and core values; understand being a business owner requires courage, fortitude, and grit. You must be a risk taker. Ensure that you have an A-Team: an attorney, a banker, an accountant/CPA, and an experienced business advisor. I recommend a local bank, where management will know your name and company name; a large bank, e.g., Bank of America, which will allow easy access to your bank accounts regardless of where you may travel; and a credit union, where lower interest rates are possible. You must be willing to invest money in your business. Always remember that you must work more on the business than in it. I recommend the book, "The E-myth Revisited" by Michael Gerber.
