Advice

My favourite quote, “well-behaved women seldom make history”, widely attributed to Laurel Thatcher Ulrich, reminds me that we need to have the confidence, clarity and conviction to lead without fear and to see any failures or setbacks as opportunities to grow.

Mavis Carolina Herrera – Build with conviction before you build for validation.

Company – Mavis By Herrera

Advice

Build with conviction before you build for validation. Not everyone will understand your vision at first and that doesn’t mean it isn’t powerful. Refine it, stand by it, and give it time to grow.

Don’t wait for perfect conditions. Start where you are and learn as you go. Resilience will carry you further than resources.

Most importantly, own your story, price your work with confidence, and never shrink your ambition to make others comfortable. Build with purpose because the success aligned with your values is the most sustainable success of all.

Khyati Bhayana – I would just like to say to all the women that one should never give up.

Advice

I would just like to say to all the women that one should never give up. If you are passionate about something, just go ahead and follow your gut. Rest, everything eventually works out in the end. I believe it is very important to have your identity as well once you are married. So, go ahead and follow your passions and most importantly, dream big!

Dr.Amb.Diplomat Shaymaa Abdel Nabi – Invest in yourself first.

Company – Dr.Beauty Care

Advice

Invest in yourself first. Education, skills, and discipline are your real capital. Titles may open doors, but competence keeps them open.

Don’t wait for perfect timing. Start where you are, with what you have — and grow strategically. Every small step matters.

Also, protect your confidence. The business world can test you, especially as a woman, but remember: your uniqueness is your power. Lead with integrity, emotional intelligence, and long-term vision.

Don't be rush, Be patient & everything will come on time , Believe in yourself & surround yourself with people who believe in you , Supporting you and wants to see the best version of yours

Priya Rex Fernandez – To every aspiring woman founder — start before you feel ready.

Company– Hayyakum Market Research

Advice

To every aspiring woman founder — start before you feel ready.

Confidence does not come first. Courage does.

Build competence relentlessly. Upgrade your skills every year. The world is changing fast, and the woman who keeps learning stays relevant. Whether it is business analytics, technology, communication, or even something that strengthens your mindset like martial arts — growth is your greatest asset.

Do not wait for validation. Build credibility through consistency.

Most importantly, lead with sincerity. In my journey building Hayyakum Market Research, I have learned that integrity builds stronger foundations than aggression ever will. Relationships built on trust outlast short-term wins.

There will be doubt. There will be competition. There will be moments when you question yourself.

In those moments, remember:

Obstacles are not roadblocks — they are upgrades.

Dream boldly. Communicate clearly. Stay disciplined. And never underestimate the power of a woman who decides she is capable.

Ar. Rini patelwala Jariwala – Believe in yourself and trust your potential.

Company – Ray’s design studio

Advice

Believe in yourself and trust your potential. Never hesitate to seek guidance when you feel uncertain, and always stand firm in your convictions. When you have the courage to prove yourself through persistence and determination, success will naturally follow.

Believe in yourself.  Despite of many challenges just be focused on your aim and ignore noise around

Juanri Jonck – Just Do It.

Advice

Just

Do

It.

The initial fear of making the plunge is without a doubt the hardest part.

If it is something you truly believe in, the rest will come easily. People will recognise your passion and they will feel your authenticity if it comes from a place of truth.

Rashi Khanna – Start before you feel ready.

Company – Kyaa Matlab Network

Advice

Start before you feel ready. Confidence is built in action, not in waiting.

Don’t shrink your vision to make others comfortable.

Nicky Barr – Charge your worth early.

Company – Flawless Figures Bookkeeping

Advice

Charge your worth early. Underpricing out of fear or guilt will slow your growth and confidence.

Build systems before you feel ready. Structure creates freedom.

Stop trying to do everything yourself. Leadership begins when you delegate.

Seek mentorship. Growth accelerates when you surround yourself with people operating at the next level.

Own your ambition. You are allowed to build something significant.

Most importantly, don’t wait for permission. Back yourself before the world does.
