Ma Katrina Golden – Start before you feel ready.

Company– A Plus Virtual Pro

Advice

Start before you feel ready.

Many women wait for perfect timing, perfect funding, perfect confidence. The truth is — clarity often comes after you begin. Don’t let fear of imperfection delay your purpose.

Second, build with structure, not just passion. Passion will start your business, but systems will sustain it. Learn your numbers. Protect your time. Set boundaries early. Respect your energy.

Third, don’t try to do everything alone. Build relationships. Ask for mentorship. Collaborate. Growth is faster when you’re not isolated.

And finally — anchor your business in something bigger than profit. When your work is connected to purpose, you will survive difficult seasons. There will be setbacks, slow months, and moments of doubt. Purpose will carry you through when motivation fades.

As women, we often lead with empathy. That is not a weakness — it is a strength. You can be compassionate and still be decisive. You can be kind and still be firm.

Believe that your voice belongs in the room.

And when you get there — open the door for the next woman.

Patrycja Marocola – Stop waiting to feel “ready.” You grow into the role — you don’t wait for permission to step into it.

Company– Marocola Elite Solutions Inc

Advice

Stop waiting to feel “ready.” You grow into the role — you don’t wait for permission to step into it.

Price your services based on value, not fear. Undercharging doesn’t make you humble; it makes growth harder. Set boundaries early. Not every client is your client, and protecting your time protects your vision.

Build systems sooner than you think you need them. Chaos is not a badge of honor — structure creates freedom.

Most importantly, surround yourself with other driven women. Community shortens the learning curve, strengthens your confidence, and reminds you that you’re not building alone.

Lead boldly. Adjust when needed. And never shrink to make others comfortable.

Amber Reiter – My advice to women starting out is simple: be real, stay persistent, and keep your purpose in mind.

Company– Jazmine's Journey 501(C)3 Nonprofit

Advice

My advice to women starting out is simple: be real, stay persistent, and keep your purpose in mind. Being an entrepreneur isn’t a straight path, and it can feel overwhelming at times, but if you stay connected to why you started, it will guide you through the tough spots.

Trust your perspective. Women see the world differently, use your empathy, creativity, and people skills to notice opportunities others might miss.

Find your people. Surround yourself with mentors, friends, and peers who will encourage you, give honest advice, and help you keep going when things get hard. If they aren't encouraging, that means it is time to reevaluate the purpose of that connection and may need to cut ties. There is no need to surround yourself with people who are not supportive because that is only going to drag you down.

Roll with the punches. Challenges will come. Don’t see them as failures, see them as lessons that help you grow.

Focus on doing, not perfecting. Start what you can now, even if it’s not perfect. You’ll learn and improve as you go, and you’ll still make a difference from day one.

Own your story. Your experiences , both wins and struggles,  are what make you stand out and inspire others.

Most importantly, believe in yourself and your vision. There will be doubt and pressure, but if you act with purpose, you create opportunities not just for you, but for others who come after you.
