Advice
Believe in the value of your ideas and do not hesitate to take the first step. Many women wait for the “perfect time” or complete clarity, but entrepreneurship often begins with learning along the way. Start small, stay consistent, and keep building your confidence through action.
At the same time, we must acknowledge that the ecosystem is still not fully supportive for women entrepreneurs.
For many women, especially new mothers, balancing professional ambitions with personal responsibilities can be one of the toughest choices because adequate support systems are often missing. This makes the journey more demanding, but it also makes our success even more meaningful.
My advice is to build strong networks, seek mentors, and stay committed to continuous learning. Support from the right people and communities can make a significant difference.
I am also proud that through my platform, I am able to encourage greater participation of women by creating access to the right opportunities.
Today, nearly 80% of our core team consists of women, and it gives me immense satisfaction to see more women stepping forward with confidence to lead, create, and grow.

Every business journey comes with challenges, but resilience, continuous learning, and confidence in your abilities are key to moving forward. Don’t wait for the “perfect” moment—start with what you have and grow step by step.
It is also important to build a strong support system, whether through mentors, networks, or a reliable team. Surrounding yourself with people who believe in your vision can make a significant difference during difficult times.

Trust your instincts, surround yourself with people who believe in your vision, and take the next step even when the way forward isn’t fully clear.

Advice
My biggest advice to women entrepreneurs is to trust your instincts and build businesses that align with your values. Success rarely follows a straight path, and resilience is often the difference between those who succeed and those who give up too early.
I also encourage women to think bigger than they initially believe is possible. Surround yourself with talented people, continue learning, and don’t be afraid to take calculated risks. When you build a company around purpose, integrity, and strong relationships, growth becomes much more sustainable.
Finally, remember that leadership is not about having all the answers. It’s about creating opportunities for others to grow, empowering people to contribute their strengths, and building environments where creativity and ambition can thrive. When you lead with that mindset, both people and businesses flourish.

At the same time, women should strive for financial independence, as it brings confidence, security, and the ability to shape their own path.
