As women, there’s often an invisible pressure to prioritize everything and everyone else first. But if you don’t believe in your own capabilities, no one else will do it for you. Trust your instincts, trust your decisions, and give yourself the permission to take up space.

There will be setbacks, doubts, and moments where things don’t go as planned but don’t let those moments define your journey. Instead, let them shape your resilience.

You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just need the courage to start, the confidence to keep going, and the belief that you are capable of building something meaningful.

At the end of the day, back yourself because that’s your biggest strength.

LEHERIKA BABBAR – Just start.

Advice

My advice to aspiring or early-stage women founders is simple: start before you feel fully ready. You do not need to have everything figured out before taking the first step. Clarity often comes through action, not overthinking. Trust your instinct, stay committed to your vision, and keep learning as you grow.

Be prepared to face challenges, self-doubt, and moments where people may underestimate you. Do not let that shake your confidence. Build competence, stay consistent, and let your work speak louder than assumptions. You do not need to prove your worth to everyone — you need to stay focused on building something meaningful and sustainable.

It is also important to understand that entrepreneurship is not just about passion; it is about discipline, resilience, decision-making, and the ability to keep going even when results are slow. Learn your business deeply, know your numbers, build strong relationships, and never underestimate the power of credibility and trust.

Most importantly, do not try to do everything alone. Build a support system, ask for help, seek mentors, and surround yourself with people who challenge and strengthen you. Growth becomes faster and healthier when you are willing to learn from others.

To every woman founder, I would say this: own your ambition without apology. You do not have to shrink yourself to fit into the room. Build your space, lead with confidence, and remember that your journey will not just create success for you — it will also inspire other women to believe that they can do it too.

Start bold, stay resilient, keep learning, and never let fear make your decisions for you.

Do not wait for permission, perfect timing, or complete confidence. Start anyway. Learn fast, stay tough, and keep showing up. Business will test you, but it will also build you.

Most importantly, nurture your inner strength and emotional wellbeing, for it is this balance that allows you to lead with compassion, inspire others, and sustain your journey with grace.
