Their advice highlights self-belief, trusting yourself enough to take action before you feel fully ready, and staying consistent while learning and adapting along the way. Advice

Just do it. Getting started is honestly most of the job done. Everyone's waiting for the perfect moment, the perfect plan — and that moment never comes. Yes, it's going to feel daunting. It's going to feel lonely sometimes, even scary.

But that's not a sign you're doing it wrong, that's just the process. You figure it out as you go, and everything else — the lessons, the growth, the confidence — it all follows. You figure it out as you go, and that's not a flaw in the process, that's the process.

Company– IQONIC.AI

Website: iqonicai.com

Advice

I was fortunate enough to receive mentoring with a strong emphasis on entrepreneurial and responsible thinking very early on. Without that, I wouldn’t be where I am today. I want to pass that on. A strong network and mentors—who can sometimes be critical—help all founders along their journey. We need to raise awareness of this.

My most important tips are: Believe in yourself and don’t let anyone tell you that you can’t do things just because you’re a woman. And: Seek out support and listen to the experiences of others. You can avoid mistakes that others have already made if you value their insights.

Tina Bernard – If I could offer one piece of advice to aspiring women founders, it would be this: learn to trust yourself before you think you’re ready.

Company– The Badass Arts

Advice

If I could offer one piece of advice to aspiring women founders, it would be this: learn to trust yourself before you think you’re ready.

Many talented women spend years waiting for more confidence, more certainty, more credentials, or someone else’s permission before pursuing an idea, speaking up, or taking the next step. The truth is that confidence is rarely the starting point—it is often the result of taking action despite uncertainty.

I would also encourage women to pay attention to the stories they tell themselves. Self-doubt, perfectionism, comparison, and the desire to please everyone can become significant barriers to growth. Your ability to lead your business is directly connected to your ability to lead yourself. The inner work matters just as much as the business plan.

Surround yourself with people who challenge you, support you, and tell you the truth. Build relationships before you need them. Ask questions. Seek mentorship. Stay curious. Success is rarely a solo endeavor.

Most importantly, remember that your value is not determined by your productivity, your revenue, or how quickly you achieve your goals. Sustainable success comes from building something that reflects your values, utilizes your strengths, and allows you to make a meaningful contribution.

There will be setbacks, mistakes, and moments when you question yourself. That’s part of the journey. Don’t interpret those moments as evidence that you’re failing. Instead, see them as opportunities to learn, adapt, and grow.

The world doesn’t need more women trying to become someone else. It needs more women who are willing to trust themselves, use their voice, and lead from a place of authenticity. That’s where real impact begins.
