Christa Fourie – Believe in your vision, but be willing to adapt your approach.

Company– Keesta HR Solutions Pty Ltd

Advice

Believe in your vision, but be willing to adapt your approach. Success rarely happens as quickly as expected, and every challenge presents an opportunity to learn, improve and grow.

Focus on creating genuine value rather than chasing quick profits. Build strong relationships, maintain your integrity and never stop learning. Surround yourself with people who will challenge, support and encourage you to become a better leader.

Most importantly, do not underestimate the value of perseverance. There will be setbacks, disappointments and moments of self-doubt, but consistent action, personal responsibility and a commitment to continuous improvement will often make the difference between giving up and building something meaningful.

Advice

My advice to aspiring and early-stage women founders is simple: start before you feel ready.

Many women wait for the perfect moment, perfect plan, or complete confidence before taking the first step. In reality, entrepreneurship is a journey of learning, adapting, and growing along the way. The most important thing is to begin.

A few lessons that have guided my own journey:

• Believe in your expertise. Don't underestimate the value of your knowledge, skills, and life experiences. What comes naturally to you may be transformational for someone else.

• Build credibility through consistency. Success is rarely achieved overnight. Show up consistently, deliver value, and let your work speak for itself.

• Invest in continuous learning. The world is evolving rapidly. Stay curious, keep learning, and be willing to reinvent yourself when needed.

• Don't be afraid of small beginnings. Every successful business starts with a single client, customer, or supporter. Focus on impact before scale.

• Build a strong network. Surround yourself with mentors, peers, and supporters who challenge you, encourage you, and help you grow.

• Embrace setbacks as learning opportunities. Entrepreneurship comes with uncertainty and challenges. Resilience is often more important than perfection.

• Own your story. Your unique experiences, struggles, and achievements are part of your competitive advantage. Authenticity builds trust and lasting relationships.

As someone who built a nutrition and wellness venture while leading global teams in a demanding corporate role, I have learned that women do not have to choose between ambition and purpose. We are capable of creating successful businesses, leading organizations, supporting families, and making meaningful contributions to our communities.

My message to every woman entrepreneur is:

Dream boldly, start courageously, and stay consistent. The journey may not always be easy, but the impact you create can be far greater than you imagine.

Liza Nguyen – My advice to aspiring and early-stage women founders is to keep going, even when things feel uncertain.

Company– Wise Above Consulting, LLC

Advice

My advice to aspiring and early-stage women founders is to keep going, even when things feel uncertain. I’ve been there myself. We all experience fear of the unknown, moments of self-doubt, and times when we feel stuck or wonder if our business is ever going to work. Those feelings are normal and part of the journey.

One of the most valuable things you can do is network your heart out. Build relationships, make connections, and put yourself out there even when it feels uncomfortable. Sometimes the one conversation, introduction, or opportunity that changes your business comes from that extra meeting, event, or follow-up that you almost didn’t do. Small steps taken consistently can create life-changing opportunities over time.

I also encourage women founders to connect with other business owners. Entrepreneurship can feel lonely, but you don’t have to do it alone. Other business owners understand the challenges, setbacks, and victories because they’ve experienced them too. Share your story, learn from others, ask for help when you need it, and support those around you. There is so much power in community, collaboration, and lifting each other up as we grow.

Most importantly, believe in yourself and your vision. Keep learning, keep building relationships, and keep moving forward one step at a time. You never know which connection or opportunity will change the trajectory of your business forever.

Chandra Lynn – Trust yourself enough to begin before you have all the answers.

Company– Glow Marketing LLC & Glow Living

Advice

Trust yourself enough to begin before you have all the answers. Too many women wait until they feel completely ready, completely confident, or have every step mapped out before taking action. The truth is, most successful entrepreneurs didn't start with certainty—they started with a vision and a willingness to learn along the way.

You don't need to see the entire path before taking the first step. As you move forward, new opportunities, challenges, and possibilities will reveal themselves. Each one provides information that helps you refine your direction. The key is to trust yourself to handle what comes next, make adjustments when needed, and keep moving forward.

Entrepreneurship is rarely a straight line. It is a journey of growth, discovery, and course correction. Some of the best opportunities in my life and career appeared only after I started walking the path. If I had waited until I knew exactly how everything would unfold, I would have missed them entirely.

Build resilience, stay open to new possibilities, and remember that progress is often created one courageous step at a time.

Jane Cesino – Believe in yourself before anyone else does.

Company– Star Maids Cleaning Solutions

Advice

Believe in yourself before anyone else does. There will be moments when people doubt you, and there will be moments when you doubt yourself. Keep moving forward anyway.

Do not wait until everything is perfect before taking action. Start where you are, learn continuously, and be willing to make mistakes. Surround yourself with mentors, build meaningful relationships, and never underestimate the power of your network.

Most importantly, remember that success is not measured only by revenue or growth. True success is having the inner peace that comes from walking with Jesus and knowing that your worth is not defined by your achievements, but by who you are in Him.

Success is creating something that reflects your values, serves others, and positively impacts the lives of the people around you. Lead with integrity, stay resilient during difficult seasons, and trust that God is working even when you cannot see the results. When your work is rooted in faith, purpose, and service, the impact reaches far beyond business success.

Bhina Agnihotri Wolf – My advice to aspiring and early-stage women founders is simple: you are far stronger than you think.

Company– Bhina Wolf Atelier LLC

Advice

My advice to aspiring and early-stage women founders is simple: you are far stronger than you think. There will be moments when life tests you in ways you never imagined—personally, professionally, and emotionally. When those moments come, you often don't get the luxury of choosing whether to be strong; you simply choose to keep going.

As an entrepreneur, I have learned that resilience is built one day at a time. Success is not about never falling down—it's about getting back up, again and again, even when the path ahead is unclear. Some of the most meaningful achievements are born from our most difficult chapters.

One quote that has deeply inspired me is from Oprah Winfrey: "Turn your wounds into wisdom." Those words remind us that our challenges do not diminish our potential; they can become the very source of our strength, empathy, and purpose.

Trust yourself, embrace your journey, and don't wait until you feel fearless to begin. Start where you are, with what you have. The obstacles you face today may one day become the foundation of your greatest impact. Your story, your voice, and your vision matter—and the world needs what only you can create.

Vandana Teji – If I could share one piece of advice with aspiring women founders, it would be this: "Do not wait for perfect conditions to begin".There will never be a perfect time…

Company– The Unicorn People

Advice

If I could share one piece of advice with aspiring women founders, it would be this: "Do not wait for perfect conditions to begin".There will never be a perfect time, enough money, complete confidence, or all the answers. Start with what you have, where you are, and build from there. When I started my entrepreneurial journey, I did not have a business background, investors, or a large team. I bring professional expertise, a strong work ethic, and a belief in the value I can create. Over time, those became far more important than the resources I lacked.

I would also encourage women founders to invest in building credibility before building visibility. Focus on delivering excellence, creating genuine value, and nurturing relationships. Your reputation will become one of your strongest business assets.

Remember to ask for help, seek mentors, or build a support network. Entrepreneurship can be a lonely journey, and having people who challenge, guide, and encourage you makes a tremendous difference.

Most importantly, do not underestimate your leadership potential. Women often spend too much time questioning whether they are ready, while opportunities pass by. Trust your knowledge, trust your experience, and trust your ability to learn what you do not yet know.

Success is not about never failing; it is about continuing despite setbacks.

Every challenge teaches you something valuable. Stay resilient, stay authentic to your values, and remember that building a successful business is not just about creating profits; it is about creating impact. If your purpose is clear and your commitment is strong, growth will follow.
