Embrace Your Uniqueness

As a woman entrepreneur, my advice is to embrace your uniqueness and use it as your strength. In a business world that is continually evolving, diversity and different perspectives are invaluable assets. Don't be afraid to stand out, trust your instincts, and leverage your distinct skills. Surround yourself with a supportive network of mentors, peers, and allies who appreciate your strengths. Remember, the challenges you face are opportunities for growth. Stay resilient, stay true to your vision, and let your authenticity shine. The world needs your perspective and your contributions. Seize the opportunities, learn from the obstacles, and build a legacy that reflects your passion and dedication.

Boldly Assert Your Opinions

I would recommend that women are not intimidated and extremely boldly put their opinion or view point forward in any forum or discussion. Its very easy for them to not be heard or taken seriously. But do not be de motivated and keep at what you are doing with belief. Persistence is key.

Tanisha Gupta, Founder, VT Impex LLP

Career and Family Balance

Marriage, Pregnancy, children are our rights. Don't make them as reasons in taking break in career. We can work on work life balance for sure. Just give a try.

Tejaswi Gangishetti, Founder, SIMPLIFY HOME DESIGN STUDIO

Celebrate Strong Women

It is interesting to note that many societies like to talk about strong women, but they do not want to live with a strong women. There is the challenge! It is time to celebrate women who are taking the road less travelled and challenging stereotypes. If a women choses to, she can not only rise above her challenges but also contribute to the society in great ways.

Confidence and Support Network

Own your confidence, seek mentors, persevere through challenges. Trust your instincts, learn continuously, and build a supportive network. Embrace resilience, celebrate successes, and stay true to your vision. Your unique perspective is a valuable asset – make your mark confidently.

Self-Employment and Independence

Very first advice to girls - marriage should not be the first priority or its not defination of being settled....better you become self employed ,become economically and mentally independant and then think about other priorities...Never think that you are WEAK , you are dependant...Believe in yourself..Do not compair with anyone else..You are unique and you can do miracles in this universe... Life is one time gift...Dont waste it with very basic and in steriotype things of society. LEARN ATLEAST ONE SKILL ....Skill helps you to make self employed...

Mindset Beyond Gender Bias

Have the right mindset specially not coming from the space of we as women...no gender bias should stop anyone from taking and utilizing opportunities available to one and all.

Quality Leads to Success

Quality is the Main key to success. Initially you may get disappointed with less results but once you got the trust from your clients they will only grow your business with referrals.

Sirisha Pasupuleti, Founder, DizitalMonk

Don't just dream

Don't just dream, take the road to make your journey towards the goal with a self belief that you will definitely reach the goal , a little bit early or late but the hurdles which you will solve during your journey will be the glory you would have earned which either will be the medals of celebration or lessons of life making the goal worth deserving for you since no one would have done better than you in that whole journey.

Er.Richa saxena, Founder, Kosh treasure of khadi

Persistence and Determination

Always trust, but still check your gut. If you feel that something doesn't feel right, it probably isn't. Trust your instincts. But, if you feel passionate about something, then check your gut to make sure you have the resilience and perseverance to see it through. Don't let fear of failing stop you from trying.
