Ranjini Karthik – Women must support other women.

Company– Merican Advisors Pvt Ltd

Advice

Women must support other women.

We still see very few women entrepreneurs in India — not because of lack of capability, but because of deeply rooted  social conditioning. The journey is rarely just professional. It is emotional, societal, and personal.

Treat your career as a natural and continuous phase of life — not something secondary or optional.

Being committed to your professional growth does not take away from your personal roles; it strengthens them.

Domestic responsibilities and ambition can coexist.

Advice to Other Women Entrepreneurs

My advice to aspiring women entrepreneurs is to believe in your vision and start, even if you don’t feel fully ready. There is never a perfect time—action creates clarity.

Be consistent and patient, because success doesn’t happen overnight. Focus on quality, trust, and relationships, especially in the early stages. Your reputation is your biggest asset.

Don’t hesitate to ask for help, build networks, and learn continuously. Platforms like business groups and communities can open many doors.

Also, learn to balance emotions with decision-making. Be strong, but also flexible enough to adapt when needed.

Most importantly, never underestimate yourself. As women, we often multitask and manage responsibilities well—use that strength to build something meaningful.

Don’t hesitate to take your work seriously and ask for what you deserve whether it’s pricing, respect, or opportunities. At the same time, build strong relationships, because people and trust play a huge role in growing any business.

Advice

Believe in your vision and do not hesitate to take the first step, even if the journey feels uncertain. Consistency, confidence, and willingness to learn are key to building a successful business. Challenges will always be part of entrepreneurship, but resilience and determination help you grow stronger with every experience.

Build strong relationships, keep learning, and never underestimate your capabilities as a leader. Focus on delivering value, maintaining professionalism, and creating trust with customers and teams. Most importantly, support and uplift other women entrepreneurs, because collective growth creates stronger communities and better opportunities for everyone

Anchila Ojha – Don’t wait until you feel completely ready.

Company– AVA INSIGHTS PARTNERS LLP

Advice

Don’t wait until you feel completely ready. Start before you have all the answers, but build on a foundation of integrity, financial discipline, and continuous learning. As women entrepreneurs, we often underestimate our capabilities while overpreparing for every step. Confidence grows through action, not before it.

Surround yourself with mentors, ask for help when needed, and never hesitate to claim your seat at the table. Most importantly, focus on creating value rather than seeking validation—when you solve real problems consistently, opportunities, credibility, and growth follow naturally.

Perri Shaw Borish – My advice to other women entrepreneurs is to create your own recipe for sustainability and success.

Company– Whole Heart Reproductive Mental Health

Advice

My advice to other women entrepreneurs is to create your own recipe for sustainability and success. Mine includes getting enough sleep, staying hydrated, nurturing deep relationships, surrounding myself with loving, supportive friends who make me laugh until I cry, and pursuing meaningful work that continues to inspire and move me.

Taking care of yourself isn't separate from building a successful business—it's what makes it possible.

And to anyone seeking to influence change -- never underestimate the ripple effect that a meaningful interaction or your efforts can have on one person’s life.
