Purpose, Passion, and Perseverance

This is your era to shine. Purpose, Passion and Perseverance will be your golden mantra for success. PURPOSE - You need to understand what's your purpose behind your vision for your company. What are you doing each day to make positive contributions for the society? What problem you're solving? Answer to this is key to your success. PASSION - Write your long term goals and short term goals everyday in a journal. Also note what challenges you faced and what you did to resolve it. Learn your book backwards. Be so good in your work, that you don't have to worry about the competion. PERSEVERANCE - Leave no stone unturned, commit 100% to what you believe in. Learn, Network, Embrace Challenges, Balance Life

There is so much advice I'd give female entrepreneurs. First, stay strong and committed to learning. It can be tough out there and the business landscape is always evolving. You will need to keep learning and growing in order to succeed. Next, build a strong network. Connect with other entrepreneurs, mentors, and professionals in your industry. Networking can provide valuable insights, support, and potential business opportunities. One of the best things I have done is become friends with two other virtual assistant agency owners. We understand eachother struggles, refer clients, reccomend ideas, and always have eachothers back. Third, embrace challenges. One of the best things I've been told is that there WILL be days you want to give up, but don't. Entrepreneurship comes with ups and downs. Embrace challenges as opportunities for growth and learning. Resilience is a key trait for successful entrepreneurs. Fourth, work on your work-life balance. When I started I thought I had to be grinding 24/7 to be successful. I was starting to not enjoy my business, loosing my creativity, and was stuck in the day-to-day. There are creative ways to grow your business while delegating. Your business will grow MORE the more work-life balance you have. Last, celebrate your successes. Don't forget to have fun. When you land a big client or finish a long project, find ways to celebrate. Accomplishments are always worth celebrating, now matter how big or small.

Nicole Magelssen, Founder, Alpine Virtual Assistants

Follow Passion and Stay Relevant

The best advice I can give to any young women entrepreneur is never give up. Follow your passion and work hard. And learn continuously. Please don't let anyone talk you out of your dream. Success will come eventually, even though it might come in slow steps early. And always think of the future on how to stay relevant in the industry.

Reni Gupta, Founder, Rencomm Tele Services Llp

Keep Pushing Forward

Keep going. Keep pushing. It will all pay off one day! "Fall down seven, stand up eight" as they say. There will be lots of failures along the way, you just need to know that every failure and every small step is bringing you to something greater. When something bad happens with my team, or someone messes up, no matter what that thing is, there is an equal to opposite reaction to that action. (Newton's Law) Which means, no matter how bad it is, there is something just as beautiful coming soon. There is no failure, only another step towards greatness. It will not be easy, there is no short cut to success, it is about dedicating yourself to your craft and not letting anything get in your way.

Jasmine Kruskie, Founder, Social Guru 4 You

Persistence and Continuous Learning

In 2011 entrepreneurship was new to me - I was used to being an employee and not the employer. There is a large learning curve and an evolving trial and error. Learn to hone your craft and become an expert in your field. Persistence and perseverance wins the game. Excitement and passion will only take you so far, but when you keep showing up and persevere, these take you over the finish line!

Michelle Thielen, Founder, YOGAFAITH
