Embrace Grit and Learn Broadly
Yes! It's going to be really hard, just expect that! You have to have grit because you will get knocked down a lot and will often think it's not going to work out. But put your big girl panties on and get over it. There's no time for babies and always remember "success is often nearest when defeat seems inescapeable." -B.C. ForbesAlso, you have to learn to work in areas that are not your strengths. You will work in your strength center but as an entrepreneur you have to learn to do a little of everything even though you try to hire out for a lot of it. Also, fire fast when things are not working and build a group of people you like to work with and you feel dedicated to. Try to get them to feel dedicated to the mission of your company, no one will be as dedicated as you but it’s great when people drink the Cool-Aid.

Overcoming Fear with Inner Strength
Listen to your inner voice, always. When I was opening my company, I had so much fear and stress because everything was unstable— the situation in my home country, the situation in my family, and not having enough funds to live if I failed. But at that time, only my inner voice was telling me, 'You are a survivor; you can do this.' So when it comes to adrenaline, there is no place for fear. You have to listen to your inner voice and power, and be guided by that. Believe that you are strong, and you can do anything you want, whether you are doing it in your home country or abroad.

Congratulating and Perseverance
To young women entrepreneurs I would say first and foremost congratulations for making a bold and empowered choice. I would followup with saying that when you face hardship (which is inevitable) take a moment to regroup, recover and then keep going.
