Advice
To aspiring and early-stage women founders, my biggest advice is: start before you feel fully ready. Confidence grows through action, not perfection. There will always be doubts, external opinions, and moments of uncertainty—but don’t let them pause your progress.
Build something that solves a real problem, listen closely to your users, and be open to learning every day. Don’t hesitate to ask for help or surround yourself with people who support your vision. You don’t have to do everything alone.
Be patient with yourself, but persistent with your goals. Celebrate small wins, learn from setbacks, and trust your instincts. Most importantly, remember that your perspective matters—your experiences can create meaningful solutions. Leadership isn’t about having all the answers; it’s about showing up consistently, staying resilient, and believing in your ability to create impact.

Advice
Back yourself earlier than you think you should. Many women wait until they feel fully ready, fully qualified or fully confident before stepping forward. In reality, growth happens in the stretch - not in certainty.
Focus on building credibility through action. Deliver consistently, communicate clearly and protect your reputation fiercely. Confidence follows competence, and competence is built through doing the work well, repeatedly.
Don’t try to compete on everything. Compete on clarity. Understand what you stand for, who you serve and the value you create. When your positioning is clear, you stop chasing opportunities that are not aligned and start attracting the right ones.
Build relationships, not just revenue. Long-term partnerships create stability, referrals and resilience during tougher periods. Business is commercial, but it is also relational.
Finally, raise your standards - for yourself, your business and who you allow around you. Boundaries, accountability and long-term thinking are not aggressive traits; they are leadership traits.
