Advice
I would encourage other women starting their careers to be persistent and resilient. There will be moments of doubt, rejection, and setbacks — don’t let them define you. Stay focused, stay consistent, and don’t allow a “no” to close the door on what you know is possible.
Seek out mentors early and truly lean into their guidance. Learn from those who have walked the path before you. Ask questions, stay coachable, and apply what you learn with confidence.
Most importantly, build meaningful relationships. Surround yourself with people who challenge you, support you, and hold you accountable. Success is rarely built alone — it’s built through strong connections, shared wisdom, and the courage to keep moving forward.

Advice
My advice to aspiring women entrepreneurs is simple but powerful: stay resilient, stay curious, and stay strategic.
Never give up, even when the challenges seem overwhelming. Take the time to read the environment around you. Understand your industry, anticipate shifts, and always have a plan in your back pocket. Be ready to pivot when needed. This doesn’t always mean a complete change of direction; sometimes a small adjustment or “lane change” can make all the difference.
Surround yourself with wise and trustworthy advisors. The loudest voices are not always the most insightful. Seek guidance from people who have experience, integrity, and a genuine interest in seeing you succeed. Build your network intentionally. Join business groups, attend events, and invest in relationships. Those connections may not yield immediate results, but over time, they become invaluable resources.
Finally, embrace the long game. Success rarely happens overnight. Set achievable goals, celebrate progress, and then set the next challenge. Stay hungry, stay driven, and never allow complacency to take root. Confidence, preparation, and persistence are your greatest allies on the journey of entrepreneurship.

Advice
One piece of advice I would share with aspiring or early-stage women founders is to stay open to opportunities, even when they feel unfamiliar or slightly outside your comfort zone. Early in my journey, I learned that growth often comes from saying yes to projects, conversations, and collaborations that may initially feel intimidating or uncertain.
Saying yes doesn’t mean taking on everything, but it does mean allowing yourself the chance to learn, experiment, and discover new directions for your business. Many of the most meaningful opportunities, partnerships, clients, or ideas; can come from moments where you choose to step forward rather than hold back.
I would also encourage founders to be patient with themselves. Building a business takes time, resilience, and persistence. Trust your voice, stay curious, and surround yourself with people who support your vision. Sometimes the biggest growth comes from simply being willing to try.
