Advice

As someone who is still an early-stage founder myself, I feel I’m learning this journey alongside many other women who are building something of their own.

One thing I’ve realized is that you don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin. A lot of clarity comes only after you start working, making decisions, and learning through real experiences.

I would also say don’t underestimate your own ideas. Sometimes, especially as young women founders, we may feel the need to prove ourselves more or wait until we feel “ready.” But growth often comes from taking that first step and learning along the way.

Most importantly, be patient with your journey. Building something meaningful takes time, consistency, and belief in your work. You don’t have to have a perfect path—you just have to keep moving forward.

Every meaningful venture requires patience, resilience, and consistent effort before it begins to show results.

I also believe that continuous learning and building strong professional relationships are crucial for growth. Surround yourself with mentors, collaborators, and networks that support your aspirations. Most importantly, stay authentic and lead with values.
