Advice

Aditi’s advice to women entrepreneurs is rooted in mental strength and self-anchoring. She believes that building something meaningful begins with building yourself—your clarity, your resilience, and your ability to stay steady through uncertainty.

For Aditi, anchoring with patience and believing in daily dedication is essential, because real growth is rarely instant—it is shaped through quiet, consistent effort. Instead of seeking constant validation or external balance, she encourages women to develop an inner rhythm that allows them to be present, make decisions with conviction, and grow through every phase without losing themselves.

Advice to Aspiring Women Founders

Start before you feel ready. Confidence doesn’t come first—action does. Too many women wait for the “perfect moment,” but growth happens when you step in despite uncertainty.

Second, own your decisions unapologetically. Whether it’s pricing your services, negotiating, or taking leadership calls—don’t dilute your voice to fit expectations. Your clarity is your power.

Third, build resilience, not just a business. There will be slow phases, self-doubt, and external pressure—but consistency will always outperform intensity.

Chithra – Never give up on your dreams… keep chasing them no matter how far they seem.

Karen Harvey MBE – I think Karen would say to spend less time worrying about looking the "part", and more time building something that matters.

Company– AUTO PHOTO Awards

Advice

I think Karen would say to spend less time worrying about looking the "part", and more time building something that matters. She’d probably say that if your idea is useful, needed and well thought through, that matters far more than fitting anyone else’s idea of what you should be.

I think she’d also say to learn how to back yourself before anyone else does. In the early stages, you often have to keep going without much validation, and that can be tough, but confidence is built through action. She’d probably also say that leadership doesn’t have to be loud to be strong. Instead, being clear, consistent and committed goes a long way.

Laura Meredith – My biggest piece of advice is to believe in your vision and not wait until everything feels perfect before you begin.

Company– Ryedaura Ltd

Advice

My biggest piece of advice is to believe in your vision and not wait until everything feels perfect before you begin. Many women hold themselves back because they feel they need to be completely ready, but often the best way to learn is simply by starting.

Surround yourself with supportive people, ask for help when you need it, and don’t underestimate the value of networking and building strong relationships.

Most importantly, remember that resilience and persistence matter just as much as talent. There will be challenges along the way, but if you stay focused on your purpose and remain adaptable, you can build something truly meaningful.
