Advice
My biggest advice to aspiring women founders would be to stay deeply connected to the reason you started, especially during seasons where growth feels slow or uncertain. Building a business requires resilience, patience, and the willingness to keep learning even when things don’t go perfectly.
I would also encourage founders not to underestimate the value of starting before everything feels fully “ready.” Some of the most important growth comes through the process of taking action, listening to customers, refining your vision, and building consistency over time.
Lastly, I think it’s important to build a brand that feels genuinely aligned with who you are rather than trying to copy what everyone else is doing. In a crowded market, authenticity, clarity, and long-term vision are often what create the strongest connection with customers.

Advice
As a woman entrepreneur, one of the biggest lessons I have learned is that confidence and consistency are more important than having everything perfectly planned from the beginning. Many women hesitate to start because they feel they need complete knowledge, funding, or certainty before taking the first step.
In reality, entrepreneurship is a continuous learning journey, and growth comes through action, experimentation, and persistence.
I would advise aspiring women founders to believe in their ideas and not underestimate their capabilities, even if they are entering a completely new industry. Challenges, self-doubt, and setbacks are part of the process, but resilience and adaptability make the difference. Start small if needed, but start with clarity of purpose and focus on solving a genuine consumer problem.
Another important lesson is to build strong support systems and not hesitate to ask for guidance or mentorship. Networking, learning from others, and staying open to feedback can accelerate growth significantly. Women often balance multiple responsibilities, so learning time management and prioritization becomes equally important.
Most importantly, create products or services with authenticity and long-term value rather than simply following trends. Consumers connect deeply with brands that are honest, purpose-driven, and consistent in quality.
Through my journey with Treelogical Foods LLP,I have realized that women bring immense creativity, empathy, and problem-solving ability into entrepreneurship. With persistence, continuous learning, and self-belief, women can build impactful and scalable businesses while also inspiring many others around them.
