Advice
My advice to aspiring women entrepreneurs is simple: start before you feel ready. Many women wait until they have everything figured out, but growth often comes through action, learning, and experience.
Believe in your vision, even when others do not fully understand it. Be willing to learn, ask questions, and seek mentorship. Surround yourself with people who encourage growth and who challenge you to become better.
Do not be afraid of setbacks. Every challenge teaches valuable lessons and helps build resilience. Success is rarely a straight line. What matters most is consistency, integrity, and the willingness to keep moving forward.
Most importantly, remember that entrepreneurship is not only about profit. The most successful businesses solve real problems, create value, and make a positive difference in the lives of others. Stay focused on your purpose, and let that purpose guide your decisions.

Advice
My advice to aspiring women entrepreneurs is simple: do not wait until you feel completely ready. Confidence is not something you have before you begin—it is something you build through action, experience, and perseverance.
For many years, I never viewed myself as an entrepreneur or business owner. I thought successful leaders were somehow different from me. What I eventually learned is that most successful entrepreneurs are simply people who were willing to take the next step, learn from their mistakes, and keep moving forward when things became difficult.
I would also encourage women to lead with authenticity. Build relationships, earn trust, and genuinely care about the people you serve. Business is ultimately about people, and long-term success comes from creating real value and consistently showing up for others.
Do not be afraid of failure or change. Some of the most important lessons in my career came from challenges, setbacks, and situations that forced me to rethink my approach. Growth often happens when things do not go according to plan. The key is to learn, adapt, and keep going.
Most importantly, stay connected to your purpose. There will be moments when entrepreneurship feels overwhelming, but a strong sense of mission will carry you through the difficult seasons. When you know why you are doing the work, it becomes much easier to remain resilient, make difficult decisions, and continue building something meaningful.
Your journey does not have to look like anyone else’s.
Success comes from having the courage to take the next step, trusting yourself to figure things out along the way, and believing that your unique experiences can create value for others.

Advice
Start with resilience: Don’t wait for perfect conditions. Tabono was born during COVID-19, proving that even in crisis, opportunities exist.
Embrace your uniqueness: Being women-led in a male-dominated industry became Tabono’s strength. Lean into what sets you apart rather than trying to blend in.
Build credibility through delivery: Consistency in results earns trust faster than titles or credentials. Deliver on promises, and your reputation will grow.
Dipika Jalan – If I could give one piece of advice to women founders, it would be this: don't wait to become fearless.

Advice
If I could give one piece of advice to women founders, it would be this: don't wait to become fearless. Build while being scared.
You do not need permission, the perfect business plan, or all the answers. You need conviction, resilience, and the willingness to keep showing up. Businesses are not built by people who never fail; they are built by people who keep going despite failure.
And remember, success is not measured only by revenue. It is also measured by the problems you solve, the people you empower, and the positive footprint you leave behind

Advice
My mother was someone who sacrificed a lot to take care of her kids and be at home. She was a brilliant woman who could have had an amazing career. As a kid I was with my mom and I remember vividly being in the living room watching a Macy’s commercial with women in business suits and she said “you’re going to dress like that and be a business woman one day.” My mom was/is a dreamer and wanted more for her kids especially her daughters. She has always said to dream big and to never depend on a man for money or happiness. It’s made a resilient and independent woman and someone who is confident to dive into things because even if there is so much uncertainty. I hope that women can take something away from that and see if I can do it they can do it too.
