Advice

My advice to aspiring and early-stage women founders is to believe in your vision, trust your instincts, and don't be afraid to take up space in the marketplace. Building a business is not always easy, and there will be moments of uncertainty, but confidence is developed through action, persistence, and a willingness to learn from every challenge.

Focus on building strong relationships and a solid reputation. People do business with those they trust, and long-term success comes from consistently delivering value and treating customers with integrity. Don't be afraid to ask questions, seek mentorship, and learn from others who have walked the path before you.

It's also important to surround yourself with people who support your goals and share your values. A strong team and network can help you navigate obstacles and create opportunities for growth.

Most importantly, stay true to who you are. For me, a family-centered culture, honesty, and genuine care for people have been the foundation of success. As your business grows, don't lose sight of the values that inspired you to start. Those values will become your greatest competitive advantage and the legacy you leave behind.

Remember, success doesn't happen overnight. Stay consistent, be resilient, and keep moving forward—one decision, one customer, and one opportunity at a time.

Advice

I'll share my favorite quote, "The most successful people are the ones with the highest pain tolerance." It resonates with me because success isn't about avoiding challenges, it's about having the resilience to work through them. Every setback is an opportunity to learn, adapt, and keep moving forward.

Marcia Argueta – My advice to aspiring women entrepreneurs is simple: don’t wait until you feel completely ready.

Company– Stellar Management- Stellar Remodeling & Repairs

Advice

My advice to aspiring women entrepreneurs is simple: don’t wait until you feel completely ready. Growth happens when you step outside your comfort zone. My husband and I left stable careers, our family, and everything familiar in New Jersey to build two businesses from the ground up in a new state. There were countless moments of uncertainty, setbacks, and lessons learned through trial and error, but every challenge helped us become stronger leaders.

Success doesn’t come from having all the answers—it comes from being willing to learn, adapt, and keep moving forward. Surround yourself with people who share your values, invest in building strong systems, and never stop learning. Most importantly, don’t compare your journey to someone else’s. Focus on serving people with excellence, stay true to your vision, and let consistency build your reputation over time.

As women, we often underestimate our abilities or wait for the “perfect” moment to take the next step. My advice is to trust God, yourself, embrace challenges as opportunities to grow, and remember that resilience is one of the greatest strengths an entrepreneur can have. The business you dream of building is possible—but it begins with having the courage to take the first step.

Pushpalatha Raman P – My advice to aspiring women entrepreneurs is to believe in yourself, stay determined, and never be afraid to take the first step.

Company– Keerthika Industries

Advice

My advice to aspiring women entrepreneurs is to believe in yourself, stay determined, and never be afraid to take the first step. Every successful business begins with a vision, dedication, and the willingness to learn from challenges.

Focus on quality, build strong relationships with customers, continuously improve your skills, and never stop learning. Be confident in your decisions, work with honesty and integrity, and embrace innovation.

Success does not come overnight, but with perseverance, hard work, and resilience, every challenge becomes an opportunity for growth. Women have the strength to lead, create jobs, and make a meaningful impact on society and the economy. Be confident, stay committed, and keep moving forward toward your goals.
