Know Your Skills
Be honest about what you know and what need to know. Truly understanding the skills you have and the skills you need to obtain is how to create space for growth and innovation.

Prioritize Personal Development
To young women aspiring to carve their entrepreneurial paths, my most heartfelt advice is to hold onto your dreams and persist through adversity. The journey of entrepreneurship is fraught with challenges, yet it is within these moments of difficulty that the seeds of your greatest successes are sown. Embrace every setback as a learning opportunity and a stepping stone towards your goals.
Beyond perseverance, actively seek mentorship and surround yourself with a network of supporters and advisors who believe in your vision. The wisdom and experience of those who have navigated similar paths can be your most valuable resource.
Equally important is the commitment to continuous learning and adaptation. The entrepreneurial landscape is ever-evolving, and staying informed about your industry will enable you to innovate and stay ahead of the curve.
Lastly, remember that your unique perspective as a woman is a strength. Embrace it in your entrepreneurial journey. Diversity of thought leads to innovation, and by bringing your whole self to your business, you create a company that truly stands out.
In summary, let your dreams be your compass, but arm yourself with resilience, knowledge, mentorship, and the power of your unique perspective. This combination will not only propel you forward but also inspire others to follow in your footsteps.

Know Yourself, Adapt, and Persist
To young women who want to start a business, I would recommend: That they spend time getting to know themselves, identifying their best skills and their main passion. Once identified, they should look for the best way to learn everything about their passion, whether by working for others or dedicating all the hours necessary. Let them focus on helping other people. Be persistent and constant because that is key to achieving good results. Let them work on their mentality, to know how to adapt to market changes, have confidence in themselves, transform threats into opportunities and fight to fulfill their dream. Focus on surrounding yourself with people who give you positive energy and who are successful. Let them develop their vocation for constant learning and stay away from people who do not believe in them. Let them investigate the market and their competitors thoroughly, before defining their strategy. That they try to constantly learn about new tools and applications in their sector and especially in everything related to artificial intelligence. Whatever you do, don't try to please everyone. That it is not possible to please everyone and that what differentiates us is our essence as people, regardless of who we do not like. The important thing is to like ourselves. Therefore, we should not be discouraged if someone leaves us negative or disrespectful comments on our social networks. If this is the case, do not respond and block anyone who is not respectful or brings negative energy to our social networks. Have an open mind when faced with changes.

Purpose and Self-Care
Do work because you want and don't do because you want to prove to people.
Remember to take care of your physical and mental health
Remember to make sure that you have finances on your tips
Remember to never give up if you believe in your idea
Remember to dress up before you start your day with a great smile.
Remember to learn from each mistake, there is no mistake there is a feedback.
Remember to create new strategies for influencing
Remember to smile every moment and open your arms to challenges like - hey storm, come over, let's do it together!

Strength and Networking
To all the young women embarking on the entrepreneurial journey, or those already navigating its waters, remember this: you are more than enough. In moments of self-doubt or when the path ahead seems daunting, create a mental playlist. This could be a collection of songs that uplift you, mantras that center you, or positive affirmations that remind you of your strength and capability. Let this playlist be your anchor, keeping you grounded in your worth and potential.
Equally important is the understanding that your network significantly contributes to your net-worth. Surround yourself with people who not only inspire and challenge you but also support your vision and growth. These connections can become invaluable resources, offering insights, opportunities, and support as you build your dream.
Finally, make personal development an integral part of your growth journey. Entrepreneurship is not just about growing a business; it's about growing as a person. Embrace opportunities to learn, whether through formal education, mentorship, or the rich experience of trial and error. Every lesson shapes you into a more adept and resilient leader.
Remember, the entrepreneurial path is as much about discovering yourself as it is about creating something new. With each step, you're not just building a business; you're crafting a legacy of courage, innovation, and determination.

Confidence and Continuous Learning
Believe in yourself, set clear goals, and build a strong support network; stay committed to continuous learning, maintain work-life balance, and view failure as growth; give back by uplifting others, stay true to your values, and remember that your journey is unique—adapt these principles to suit your individual path.

Prioritize Health and Passion
To fellow women entrepreneurs - ensure to priortize you, your health, your passion and your community. Each of us has faced significant unique challenges due to the demands of running the organization and navigating the responsibilities of motherhood. The constant need for more time and support was palpable. In navigating these pressures, it became imperative to embody the principles we advocate for – setting boundaries and prioritizing self-care strategies. Although the workload was demanding, the realization that this work holds immense power to positively impact others fueled our determination.
We firmly believe in the transformative potential of our business to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve. Aligning your work with a heart-centred approach keeps your passion for life alive and nurtures a hopeful outlook for a brighter tomorrow. Witnessing the positive influence our work can have on both ourselves and those we reach underscores the importance of maintaining this heart-centered alignment for the benefit of our whole health. This motivates us to find ways to prioritize ourselves through nutrition, movement, support groups, hired help and family connections.
