Essential Tips for Women Entrepreneurs: From Business Focus to Tech Savviness

Since childhood we are groomed as a “Paraya Dhan” and a lot of attention is given to the way we walk, talk and behave. The situation further worsens once we become a mother. As working women, or entrepreneurs we are expected to manage everything from childcare, career, and even postpartum depression without complaining. So, I will share some quick tips with you 1. Mind your “business” – focus on the business goals, requirements and all the nitty-gritty of the business. It is advised that you know your business and its game like a back of your hand 2. Creating a support system – work life balance for women is a dream. Create support systems at work and home. Anticipate that not everyone will support you but that’s fine. You need mentors to talk, friends to count and family to rely upon. Remember you are not a superwoman. 3. Failure is not sin – treat yourself with dignity during the failures. Don’t be too harsh or demanding from yourself. Use failures as learning and building blocks.  4. Be tech savvy – learn and adopt new technologies. Don’t shy away. 5. Believe in you – Trust in your decisions and believe in your knowledge and abilities 6. Communicate – Don’t assume and presume. Ask questions to understand. Open communication is key to creating trust and is a great team making tool.  7. Don’t give up – when you feel like giving up, remind yourself why you have started and how long you have come. Have patience, stay focused and practice perseverance, success will be yours!

Overcoming Unique Challenges Faced by Women Entrepreneurs

Every entrepreneur face Number of challenges but Women entrepreneurs have to face some additional challenges. They have to prove that they are worthy enough at every step, therefore I would like to advise all women entrepreneurs to just Believe in themselves and don't bother about others...just Be Ziddi and Keep Walking

Women's Strength and Resilience in Entrepreneurship

Despite the challenges and obstacles that women have faced historically, women have demonstrated incredible strength, resilience, and creativity in building successful businesses. I would advise young women to Identify their passions and interests and focus on what they are passionate about, to be more motivated and energised. Further, I’d like to say learn as much as you can, take courses, read books, and attend workshops to gain knowledge and skills that will help you succeed. Also build a strong network by connecting with other entrepreneurs, mentors, and potential investors. A strong network can provide you with valuable advice, resources, and support. Finally, Believe in yourself, as a young woman entrepreneur, you will face challenges and setbacks, but remember that you have the skills, the knowledge, and the passion to succeed.
