Inspire Others by Pursuing Dreams

Never give up dreams. You are being watched by millions of other women who want to become like you one day. The day you give up dreams you are disappointing other women as well who get inspired from you

Iti Rawat, Founder, Thinkhall Training and Consultancy

Stay True to Your Vision

Stay true to yourself and don't sacrifice your vision and mission. There are a lot of people with opinions about a lot of things, but what you create and put out in the world should be protected. You don't have to listen to everyone's (or anyone's) advice.

Jessica Shelley, Founder, Dailies, Inc.

Follow Heart, Take Control

Yes. Follow your heart but take the reins in your hand if you want to control your business.

Dr Akshata Prabhu, Founder, TIGP - The International Glamour Project

Outsource and Innovate

The only way you will scale, is by outsourcing - value your time appropriately and outsource anything that does not sit within your expertise or takes you more time than someone else would, this will allow you to work on your business rather than in it. Establish your values and stick to them. Be clear in your offering and USP, but be prepared to innovate and pivot as necessary. Content marketing is critical to establishing your expertise. Be proud of what you are doing and take time out for yourself.

Redefine Your Destiny

It's time to break free from these limitations and embark on a transformative journey towards a life filled with success, happiness, and fulfilment. Let’s Redeffine Your Destiny

Vassudhaa K, Founder, Redefiine Destiny

Overcome Fear and Dream Big

One advice that I would like to give is, Don’t let the fear of standing in front of men and speaking your mind be a factor in deciding whether you want to be an entrepreneur or not. Cause when you do stand up there, the power you feel is unmatched.

Muskan Mahendra Bajaj, Founder, Nandi Panchgavya Private Limited

Empowering Through Vision and Leadership

Be Bold, Jump In and Dare Greatly

Angela Mavridis, Founder, TRIBALÍ Foods

Develop Leadership Skills

My doctoral research was on that very topic, so not only am I talking from my experience, but also the experience of the many women executives I was privileged to interview.

Develop yourself as a leader. Many businesses struggle to scale because the leader does not know how to lead. There are 4 areas that a leader should focus on. Engaging with mentors, developing strong communication skills, spend time evaluating and developing your leadership skills, and ensuring that you have a strong grasp of business acumen.

Dr. Angela Gustus, Founder, The CMAG Group

Lead with Empathy and Understanding

Lead with your heart - don't be a boss, be a leader. Today, everyone feels like they can be an "expert" in anything. But if you work to listen and understand someone's pain points and can feel them yourself, you will not only product excellent work, but will be an invaluable asset to them.

Courtney St. Onge, Founder, She's a Saint

Think Bigger and Keep Going

Think bigger. 10x what you’re thinking and keep going. Everything is in fact possible.

Colleen McCartney, Founder, Nerdly
