Many women experience impostor syndrome, especially in industries where they are underrepresented. Trust your idea, even when it feels like a leap of faith, because entrepreneurship is exactly that.

My advice to aspiring women entrepreneurs is this: step into the room before you feel 100% ready. Confidence is built through action, not perfection.
Own your expertise. Too often, women underestimate their knowledge or wait for validation. Your experience, perspective, and intuition are assets—trust them. Don’t shrink your ambition to make others comfortable.
Build strong partnerships and don’t hesitate to ask for support. Leadership is not about doing everything alone; it’s about surrounding yourself with people who elevate your vision and challenge you to grow.
Most importantly, embrace resilience. There will be moments of doubt, setbacks, or difficult conversations—especially in industries where women are underrepresented. See those moments as opportunities to strengthen your voice, refine your strategy, and sharpen your leadership.
Growth doesn’t come from avoiding challenges—it comes from leaning into them with courage and clarity.

I have come to better appreciate that success is created with a mindset. Success is not created by the circumstances. It’s about having the willingness to learn, create and achieve. To a certain extent, we can be affected by outside forces, but these are not the deciding factors of our future. What we can achieve comes from a level of competence - and competence comes from action. If you’re sitting at home waiting for your next job or business opportunity, you might be sitting there for a while. It might not come. True opportunity comes from your action.
Surround yourself with people who offer you positive input, those that will support you and empower you. Stay away from the naysayers. Make sure that you are plugged in with constant positivity. Read books that will guide you. Listen to inspiring podcasts and YouTube sessions. Take direction from those who can help you and who believe in you. Be coachable and hungry to learn and apply what you learn.
Get a positive mindset and get busy.

My advice to women who are just starting their entrepreneurial journey is this: do not wait for fear to disappear. Start alongside it.
Most of us do not begin with full confidence, unlimited resources, or a perfectly clear plan — and that is completely normal. Confidence grows through experience. Clarity comes through mistakes. Strength is built when you choose not to give up after the first challenges.
Do not compare your beginning to someone else’s results. Every woman has her own pace, circumstances, and path. Allow yourself to learn, to try, and to evolve. Small steps taken consistently are more powerful than waiting for the perfect start.
Most importantly, trust yourself more than you trust your doubts. If you have the desire to create, to work, and to grow — that is already enough to begin.
I personally started over in a new country, facing uncertainty and fear. It was not confidence that moved me forward — it was action.
You do not need to be perfect to begin. You need to be brave enough not to stop.
